I wanted to start rehabilitation sessions requested through a flyer from an Asisa rehabilitation Dr. Where both he and other centers made it clear to me that with that flyer I could do the rehabilitation in the center I wanted without having to go to another rehabilitation doctor again. Well, I made an appointment in this clinical class because in principle it was the one that provided me with the most recent dates to start rehabilitation with physiotherapy and that could begin as of April 11. But first he had to consult with his rehabilitation doctor. I insisted that I had already been through one and that I had the insurance slip even authorized, but the girls at the reception insisted. In order not to continue insisting and to start rehabilitation as soon as possible, I agree to see his Dr. The conclusion is that the visit has been of no use. I have had two visits on the same day on my insurance card, it is not clear and I will report it to the insurance company so that they can take action. I found the Dr very unprofessional and gave me absolutely nothing. To make matters worse, when requesting the rehabilitation appointments they were no longer from 04/11 but were scheduled for weeks later. Overall, a waste of time and a very bad impression. Disappointing.

My dissatisfaction with this clinic, I am doing rehabilitation, and the physiotherapist is missing due to being on sick leave, and in 2 appointments in different weeks they have not notified me of the cancellation of the physio session, when I arrive at the clinic they tell me that there is no physio , and they have been notified by WhatsApp, something that is not true as I show you by showing you my mobile phone, I have 2 sessions left to finish and I am not going to do them, they do not value our time, nor the effort to be able to attend, stopping work, family etc

I went to my appointment with the traumatologist and I had forgotten to bring a mask nor did I have the money to buy one, so I suggest that you give me one if you require me to wear it, when at this point it is neither necessary nor required by law to wear it in the outside. The secretaries refuse to give me any mask and after consulting with the traumatologist, he refuses to treat me because I am not wearing a mask, which they themselves refuse to offer me. The director comes out to tell me the same thing and takes a USED mask out of her bag and offers it to me, which I obviously refuse. This bad professional also begins to shout at me and disrespect me, laughing with the orthopedic surgeon in front of me while I was explaining to them the reasons why I consider that they should offer me a clean one if their internal regulations require it to be carried in their clinic. Furthermore, what increased my indignation was that there were two more workers who, during this bad time that I spent arguing, were not wearing a mask and were talking and laughing within centimeters with the secretaries who had previously required me to wear one for supposed "sanitary reasons." ". Ones yes and anothers not. The moment I see that they are disrespecting me, I end the conversation/discussion by asking for the complaint form so I can get out of there as soon as possible, to which the director addresses her secretaries saying, "GET OUT OF HERE, BUT NOW. " What has been said, in short, professional and personal treatment that is worse than bad, disrespectful and insulting.

Even though I went with an authorized flyer, they made me consult with their traumatologist, who prescribed me the same thing that my traumatologist had already prescribed, which was a waste of time. I have had 10 physical therapy sessions consisting of 3 minutes of massage, and 15 minutes with a tickling machine. After 10 sessions I am exactly the same as when I started. I do not recommend this clinic. They work with several patients at the same time in the same room, men and women all together. There is no privacy and the methods they use are not effective.

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired and the professional who helped me was either having a bad day or didn't feel like working, looking at the other comments it seems like the general trend. I do not recommend this clinic at all and it is clear that I will not return again.

I made an appointment at this clinic because they are on the CASER medical team. When I attend they tell me that they don't serve me because I don't have the physical card and they don't have a QR reader. All in bad ways and without barely lifting a finger. I would never go back.

Terrible clinic, bad service every time I call to make an appointment and he keeps me waiting for 25 minutes and only to tell me that there are no vacancies or else he cuts me off 😤 the exercises make me hurt, he behaved badly towards me 😠 and he treats his staff badly. A rude person doesn't know how to treat people, I don't recommend it.
