I just had a negative experience at this place after high expectations of a fun time at an escape room. Firstly, we booked an experience in English which was subsequently told to us was unavailable 5 minutes before entry. I had very little information on the type of escape room it was, and was surprised to find out the whole 1 hour+ experience was in the pitch black. I was extremely uncomfortable, scared, and experienced a lot of anxiety during this time. Generally it was a bad experience for me and I will not be coming back to the facility.

We had an amazing time at the Cubick escape room Madrid! The interview escape game is amazing! I enjoyed it!

Incredible experience - Hands down one of the best escape rooms we have played. Very immersive from start to finish. Thank you to the gamemasters for accommodating us in English!
