The
only
good
thing
about
this
hostel
is
it’s
location.
Other
than
that,
the
dormitory
isn’t
comfortable
and
the
service
is
horrible.
After
13hours
traveling
I
arrive
late
to
check
in.
Already
paid
in
advanced
for
a
4
bedroom
dormitory.
They
give
me
one
with
an
upper
bed,
I
requested
a
bottom
bed
but
I’ve
been
told
to
check
in
for
that
tomorrow
morning.
Fair.
I
go
into
the
dorm
and
there
was
only
one
man
at
the
time,
I
went
into
the
bathroom,
the
toilet
seat
had
pubic
hear
on
it
and
multiple
dry
poop
stains.
I
clean
and
sanitize
the
toilet
seat
myself.
The
room
they
gave
me
was
TINY.
And
by
that
I
mean
only
2
feet
between
both
of
beds,
so
one
person
can
pass
at
a
time.
If
someone
pulls
the
box
beneath
the
bed
nobody
can
pass.
The
bathroom
door
opens
right
in
front
of
the
entrance
door,
so
they
clash.
It’s
that
narrow
if
someone
opens
any
door
it
just
blocks
the
entire
walking
space.
It’s
possibly
one
of
the
tiniest
room
they
have.
The
shower
light
has
a
sensor,
it
turns
off
every
5
minutes
when
the
door
is
closed
(of
course
I’ll
close
it
as
I
shower)
and
if
I
moved
inside
the
shower
it
doesn’t
turn
on
again.
Idk
if
the
sensor
is
weak
but
it
gave
me
a
hard
time
as
I
was
shampooing
my
hair,
I
had
to
yell
so
the
guy
in
the
room
hears
me,
he
opened
the
door
just
a
little
bit
then
closed
it
so
the
light
can
switch
on
again.
It
was
a
humiliating
experience.
I
finally
go
to
bed
but
the
pillows
are
too
thin
that
you’re
basically
sleeping
on
just
the
mattress.
I
woke
up
5-6
times
due
to
neck
pain.
I
went
in
the
morning
to
request
a
room
change
and
I
also
told
them
about
the
pillow.
The
receptionist
said
“yeah
I
know
the
pillows
are
thin
but
it’s
all
what
we
have”.
They
didn’t
even
give
me
another
one,
they
did
nothing.
I
go
again
to
gather
my
items
cause
I
need
to
check
out
soon,
so
I
can
check
in
the
new
room
for
the
lower
bed
after
4
hours
(at
2pm).
When
I
arrived
into
the
room,
there
was
a
technician
trying
to
fix
some
storage
box.
The
room
is
already
tiny
and
now
is
packed
with
4
people.
There
is
literally
no
space
to
move,
it
was
difficult
just
even
move
in
the
room.
Due
to
that,
I
took
20m
to
check
out
instead
of
10.
The
minute
when
finally
everyone
was
out
of
the
room
and
I
can
just
process
very
smoothly,
they
send
someone
to
“remind
me”
to
check
out.
He
spoke
very
rudely.
Later
when
I
came
to
check
in
again,
the
receptionist
was
rude
in
the
way
she
spoke
to
repeat
the
note
on
“checking
out
on
time”.
I
tried
explaining
to
her
the
situation
but
she
gave
me
a
deaf
ear,
interrupted
me
and
her
literal
words
were:
“this
is
a
hostel,
and
the
technician
isn’t
an
excuse”.
Her
way
of
saying
it
was
rude,
dry,
and
felt
like
a
kick
out.
The
receptionist
has
long
dark
hair.
Yeah
of
course
darling
the
technician
isn’t
an
excuse,
it’s
not
about
him,
it’s
about
literally
we’re
packed
in
a
cell
that
we
cannot
move
and
everyone
is
suffering
to
manage
their
business
at
the
same
time!
Being
late
a
little
bit
due
to
the
extreme
discomfort
of
this
situation
is
expected.
I
check
in
the
new
room
of
4
which
btw
was
spacious
enough
for
all
4
people
to
manage
their
business
at
the
same
time.
If
I
was
given
this
room
to
begin
with
I
wouldn’t
have
issues
to
check
out.
There
is
like
6
feet
between
the
bed.
It’s
slightly
a
better
room
but
the
issues
with
the
doors
remain.
I
came
to
Generator
Madrid
cause
my
experience
with
Generator
Berlin
was
good,
but
this
one
was
legit
horrible.
I
do
not
recommend,
there
are
other
hostels
in
the
city
center
that
a
few
Euros
more
expensive
and
I
do
wish
if
I
paid
for
them.
The
photo
attached
is
the
new
room,
the
old
one
was
half
the
size.
