no difference with Japan, really authentic and delicious. but wine lists were short. more glass wine selections required

Nice place with a short menu but quite excellent selection. Not cheap, but if you love sushi you won’t be disappointed.

Very authentic Japanese Restaurant!! Everything was so nice. Fresh sushi was served with ‘real’ freshly made wasabi. Negi toro maki was my favourite. Very good reasonable price for sushi x8 omakase. Overall 5 stars!! Definitely coming again.

Exceptional service and food was sublime , friendly service and informative . A must if you go to Madrid , worth the visit .. been over the world the sashimi was fresh and the prawn tempura was some of the best I have tasted . The crisp ( tempura ) batter was crunchy and light , the wasabi was fresh grated from root was a delight . Amazing !! 10/10 well done !!

Was in front of Saisho at 13.35 the 2.07.2021 They said they were about to open At 14.00, it was obvious they didn't give a damm of letting me fry on the sunny street. and had no visible plans to tell me anything Let's not support restaurants treating their clients like garbage My photo, to prove i was there ...

High quality Sushi and food. Expensive but it's rare to have this level Sushi abroad.

You should go there if you want to have high quality sushi in Madrid. Just amazing. As Japanese, I was really impressed with this quality.

Amazing experience, Let Bastian… Chef and owner take the lead with your order. Super friendly service and traditional aspects to be found throughout the dining experience. We had the Omakase was surprised by the quality and diversity of fish and seafood used. Highly recommend sitting at the bar for the full experience. The best in Madrid for Sushi without a doubt. Warm rice and slightly seasoned fish. Perfect size and mouth feel. A 10! Love this place. Will be back soon

The place is super cute! Too bad it doesn’t make up for the horrible service and a** food. 1. We were the only 2 people in the restaurant on a Friday at 8:30pm. So it’s kind of insane that the service even has the possibility to be that bad. 2. I’ve had better sushi for 5€ at the nearest grocery store. The bill ended up being way too expensive for the experience we had. Don’t waste your money.

One of the my favorite sashimi & sushi place in Madrid, very high quality and tasty.

Had a wonderful lunch at this very humble place! The chef knows what he is doing, perfectly executed sashimi, nigiri , handrolls and warm dishes. Very well timed and so much attention to detail. Probably one of the best sushi places ive been!
