The gym is stinky, they don’t put AC on so you feel like you wanna die before you even start working out. They never have soap or toilet paper in the bathrooms which is incredibly inconvenient. The blonde worker named Laura is unprofessional and disrespectful. Will not be coming back to this gym again. 😊

The worst gym you could ever imagine. They just care about money, when you have a problem nobody does anything and the customer of course is the last thing they would ever care about. Never go to this gym and avoid the company McFit in general.

Enormous gym with a layout dedicated to different sorts of training and muscles. For example: free weights, cardio, core, calisthenics etc. Good prices and friendly staff. A plethora of machines and weights to choose from. Somewhat understaffed: the dumbbells are never in the correct order and there seems to be little day to day upkeep. Machines look somewhat dated. Decor looks very nice though and some of the cardio section has natural light. The whole gym is brightly lit. As mentioned before, the gym is slightly understaffed. You need to know what you're doing: don't expect help or guidance. There are some virtual lessons (check pictures). It can get very crowded so plan ahead.

I have been there for several months and the gym has a lot of potential but unfortunately there is no proper maintenance of the machines, some are damaged and only take up space. It has a characteristic musty smell. The light in the women's bathroom breaks down all the time. The toilet is very bad, the other day there was a cockroach in the bathroom 🤮. Damaged hair dryer. Although it is very cheap, I would not recommend it, I do not think it is worth it

It's impossible to cancel the contract with McFit. Exchange students and digital nomads, please be extra cautious. Once you return to your home country, if you don't go in person to terminate your contract, you will continue paying a membership you will not use.

The facilities here are actually alright but the main issues with this gym are that it’s very overcrowded, the staff is not particularly nice, friendly or helpful and (the worst) is the music, an absolute disaster, no joke

Very good gym. Lots of space and equipment of every kind. Not just machines and free weights. They also have an area for cross fit style workouts and lots of classes.

Mcfit is in general a great gym! You have everything you need without a doubt. I must say though they are a lot of people in the gym because it is the most centric and it does look a little old and used compared to the other mcfit in Madrid. Maybe it would be time to open another mcfit in the centre of Madrid

Most centrally located McFit gym. Has most of the basic equipment needed but a lot of machines are very old and need to be replaced. In the cardio area half of the treadmills are taped off and unavailable. Way too many elliptical machine and not enough “regular” bikes. The quality of this gym is getting worse.

It takes months to repair the machines. The rude users who leave the plates and dumbbells on the floor. Those in charge of the room stop placing them. On cold days you drool because they don't turn on the heat. Treadmills fail.

I have been joining the McFit chain for almost 5 years and it is a good value for money. I would highlight this specific gym for the guided classes, be it the "Group Workout" with Carlos or the other classes that are not a cycle from Monday to Thursday with Sole, two very dedicated professionals who encourage you to be fitter every day. . The lockers need to be fixed or replaced, since they are small to fit everything you carry except in summer, and there are also several that do not work properly.

It's terrible. There is not enough material or it is damaged. It is almost always full of people. Bathrooms full of water and without electricity for months. I have been coming for many years and it has deteriorated a lot. I'll probably go to another gym soon, because it's already uncomfortable.

I wanted to sign up for only one month, I told the registration table that I was only going to be there for one month, and at the end of the month they are charging me for 2 months, I call customer service and they don't give me a solution to this.

You cannot be more rude, more arrogant, more arrogant, more disrespectful and more lacking in education than the guy at reception Dani, and the criticism is also worth going to the person in charge of the establishment, who we requested for his presence and he did not appear. More than 2 years paying two installments of €34.90 (€69.80) and we have not gone due to time or family problems not even a single day... today I have gone again after two years paying religiously paying two installments as I mentioned before, I told the boy to let a friend in so he could see the gym and do exercises for a day and then sign up if he liked it, I told him about the situation and he told me in such an arrogant and despotic way that we have to pay €15 to let it go, I told him that I have paid almost €2000 or more without attending even a day, that if not I could make an exception and his response could not be more unpresentable and despotic than the previous one. He didn't even want to tell me the name of the manager, or his name, he couldn't even make the slightest objection when I told him that we would quit because of his treatment, I think he was even arrogantly happy. Of course we unsubscribed, €70 that will not continue to come in. When you work in front of the public the least you can have is education. I don't recommend it to anyone. We are already signed up for another gym in the area.

I have lowered the score even more since lately it seems that the gym does not have maintenance staff. Many broken lockers. Furthermore, there is no room staff and people do practically what they want, occupying machines that they do not use and leaving everything behind.

Great gym with excellent layout and equipment. Its a well appointed and staffed gym and compares so well with gyms in Tokyo, Sydney and Bangkok. The price is amazing for what you get. 5 stars all round.

Some staff is really motivated, helpful and friendly. Some others are not. If you ask them a question regarding a excercise or machine they just look at you confused why you ask them and give you a not so helpful answer. The lockerrooms are clean, some lockers are defect. The bathroom sinks have very little pressure, so refilling water is a pain. The machines and weights are very good for the most part, atleast compared with other gyms in the same price range. If you avoid going to the gym after about 5pm, it isn't too crowded. However after IT gets really full. The opening times during the week, the weekend and public holidays are great. 3/5 would not choose again

All wrong, the guy at the reception couldn't be more rude, he doesn't even look you in the eyes so as not to make eye contact and not have to serve you, he gives you false information, and when you sign up for six months they don't let you know that You will be automatically discharged for another six months without your request. If you ask for help with a procedure, they tell you that they don't know how to do it.

Very good place to train in the neighborhood. Good teachers in group classes (especially Carlos in Workout) and a very friendly team at reception 🙌🏻

I recently moved to Madrid and was considering joining different gyms. Signing up for this gym was a great success! It is clean and has many classes and machines. Super happy with the deal.

They are real thieves, and they do not attend to leave requests, they ask for documentation that cannot be provided in my case.

I've been joining this gym for a couple of months and, so far, no problems. Very good quality machinery, super friendly and polite staff, the people who come have a very good vibe and, in general, it is never too crowded, so you can go at practically any time. In addition, they open quite a few hours, which helps people who have to work to go very early, or almost at closing time. On the other hand, group classes are super fun. In short, I am super happy and it is one of the best gyms I have been to in Madrid and the Legazpi-Delicias area. I've been there for quite a few months now and, in short, I wouldn't change it for anything 🤗🤗

The staff is excellent, always very good attention from the entire team, the facilities are always clean, there is no bad smell as in other gyms, the temperature regardless of the season, whether winter or summer, is ideal for training without being hot, the Machines all in very good condition, enough discs for the entire gym even during peak hours, I have never signed up for their classes but they are always packed so I guess they must be very good

It has everything you need - machines, free weights, bars, and more. The equipment is generally maintained well, though if something breaks down, it can take some time for it to get fixed. Bathroom facilities generally clean. My main complaint is that the music can get too loud.

Didnt let us train cause we didnt have „proper gym shoes“. Thats why the average spain looks like a ten year old

The guy at the reception couldn't speak English, and he doesn't want to hear you, if you want speak a little Spanish to him.

Please do not give them your money!!! The gym itself is overcrowded and it is so hot and humid it feels like you are in the Amazon rainforest! Might not be a deal breaker for everyone but they don’t have private showers which I don’t like. The website isn’t user friendly so it’s difficult booking a class. Customer service barely exists. Even with COVID you think they would be more lenient with canceling contracts, but no, I am locked into a contract for another 7 months! The only way out would be to cancel my bank account, where yes they do charge your account directly! Overall don’t go here! I recommend Viva gym! Such a nice gym for a similar price and I’ve had no problems canceling my contract in the past!

Very well featured gym.

The interior of this gym is very New York style. Beautiful hardwood floor, cosy colour scheme, very new installations, and the idea of having everything automated/virtual is not bad. However when I go to a gym I need some peer pressure to actually go and not just pay my (annual) subscription. This is unfortunately a bit too anonymous for me, but people with discipline have a nice new gym here in this neighbourhood, where they can tone up for only 17€/month.

Great Gymnasium, very close to where i live, they have a variety of good equipment for all kinds of muscle workouts and offer classes. I subscribed for 6 months by making a bank transfer so they didn't take my bank data to withdraw on monthly basis which i liked as this caused issues with other Gyms in Spain. Sadly, the Gym does not offer family membership like others so myself and my wife can make use of the same subscription. Overall, highly recommend it.

As full as Madrid gyms get, but there’s a really good amount of equipment compared to some other large gyms in the area.

The gym staff is super friendly and helpful. Facility is neat and clean. I can only recommend it. Only the taste in football is bad here.

It is completely impossible to unsubscribe. They renew your contract “automatically” to continue charging you excessive prices without your consent. With as many gyms as there are in Madrid...this is the worst option.
