The place itself is terrific, easy access. But the acoustics were terrible, full of echoes and muffled sound :( we went to watch blink 182, front of stage seats.

The attention was very professional and courteous which is commendable specially in a day like this, an important holiday. Vaccination process was handle in a fast and efficient way. I’m a EU citizen but not an Spaniard and I was treated very respectfully also the place was impecable clean and the people waiting for the vaccine behaved with very polite manners.

Saw The National in concert there, fantastic arena. No queueing anywhere and so simple to exit…lots of bars and toilets, was really impressed.

This stadium is huge! We went there for the “Lord of the Rings” 3day event. Seats were quite comfortable but it was very uncomfortable to look either on the right or left side all the time! Also the acoustics was really but as far as the movie. The trilogy was played with live orchestra. We heard the orchestra very good but we were missing the sounds and voices of the music. Rather than that, it was a very good experience! Try the pizza!! 😋

Easy to access with lots of good bars around if you want to have some drinks before an event. The place is great and has a good acoustic for a concert.

I have already been to several concerts and the acoustics are perfect.... it is quite big although not that sensation, I do recommend that you go there for a concert, plus there are full of bars around where you can have a snack before or after your concert

It may be that it was due to our limited knowledge of Spanish or the fact that we actually only came from Germany for the opening act Smoking Souls, but the stewards were not very cooperative but rather dismissive and confused. But it doesn't matter, the concert hall is impressive and easily accessible. The sound directly in front of the stage was rather bad, but in the middle of the hall it was okay. However, the beer supply worked well.

Perfect organization. Security, control and speed, in large concert events. I have visited it on several occasions and everything has gone very well. Only the drinks are very expensive.

It seems very bad and very strong to me that the security at the entrances is disastrous since there are concerts in which minors cannot enter alone and they still enter alone, that security makes you remove the cap from your water bottle but you can entering with the umbrella, when they claim that it is so that they don't throw it at the singer, the search is also insufficient since they only make you open your bag and if you carry a weapon or anything they don't see it. Let's summarize, disastrous and very stupid security.

Very good venue for the concert. I saw Rosalia last night and I was super excited. The lines moved very fast and the views from all the seats are very decent.

Advertised as giving vaccinations for COVID without appointment (which is no longer the case - they should have advertised that on their website. Would have avoided me going there was nothing)

The glass floor was spectacular in creating an awesome game day environment. The concessions were limited during the FIBA tournament. Directions were not very clear on where to get tickets and how to enter the building. Otherwise, a very lively environment for a basketball tournament.

Gret place for concerts and sports. Besides, you have many bars around for buying some drinks before the shows. I would propose you to go by Metro, but in case you need to go by car, there are some parkings not too far from Wizink.

Beautiful venue. Very artistic surroundings. Came for my COVID booster shot. Very organised. All COVID protocols observed. Very kind and helpful staff.

So grateful to hear Melanie Martinez perform, sadly couldn't see her since I'm only 5'1 and all the screens in the arena were off, so half the audience saw none of the performance unless you were in the front above 6" foot or had seats in the balcony. Not sure why the screens were off since they worked for the ads. Melanie sounded so good and Upsahl was also amazing.

Very nice stadium. There is staff to help you find your seat too which is good since people like to sit in seats that they are not assigned to.

Our seats for the QUEEN Concert were in the very last row looking straight on to the stage. There was only on giant screen showing the band. For those of us up in those seats the entire center of the screen was obscured by a huge lighting bar. The sound system was very good. And it was easy for me, who has trouble walking to get to our seats. A pretty big problem was getting a taxi of late night bus back to our hotel from there.

Fantastic venue we had waited 3 years to go and see Queen and Adam Lambert because of Covid. It was a brilliant evening

The viewing experience is good. The toilets are very far from some of the seats.
