We only had one full day in Madrid and there are way too many fun things to see so we had a choice of picking one or two things and spending time there or picking a 3 hour city tour with a guide on a segway to see a lot of things in a fast, fun way. Since we had never ridden on a segway of course we picked the fast, fun way! After a lesson on how to ride the segways we were off on our adventure. Our guide was very knowledgeable on the history of Madrid and we stopped several times to stretch our legs and learn about the various landmarks. Of course we saw the palace, the cathedral, and the botanical gardens. Our guide asked us if there was anything we would like to see and was always accommodating. After 3 hours our legs were tired and we were happy. Definitely a fun way to see a lot of Madrid in a short time.

Maria was our guide and she was fantastic! My friend and I had so much fun 'segwaying' through Madrid! We learned and saw so much and thoroughly enjoyed our time! She even gave us great tips of where to go and eat after. Thanks Maria!

Really good experience - our guide was very knowledgeable and patient - we were all nervous newbies! We ended up getting an hour and 10 minutes when we paid for an hour. Really good value - if you are unsure or nervous about doing this, go for it, you will love it. Both my wife and son don't have natural balance and were very worried beforehand, but they got the hang of it really quickly and really enjoyed it. Thanks Ensegway!

Had an awesome tour through Madrid, definetly the highlight of my trip. José was an awesome guide who was very professional and always made us laugh with his great personality. Madrid is pretty big so it's nice to take a Segway to explore all the monuments and beautiful places of that city. I've never ridden one before, and it was definetly worth the try cause its so much fun. Go try it yourself, you won't be dissapointed! We had an amazing time! José was such a fun guide, telling and showing us cool facts and different fragments of history. Madrid was gigantic so travelling with segways is the way to go. Would love to have this experience again sometime.

The Segway Tour was a beautiful way to explore Madrid! Driving a Segway is super fun! Our guide introduced us well and helped us, so it was very easy, even for beginners like us! We visited all highlights of Madrid and had enough time to look around. Thank you José for this amazing afternoon!

Terrible guide! The guide was always in a rush. He really did not care about the safety of the group and did not explain anything during the ride. We booked 2 hours and the ride was was only 1 hour. I had a very good experience in Seville with the same company but it in Madrid the guide was not very good and its a shame because it bad for the company. He also asked got a tip after the really bad expirence. Hope this helps make you company better

We had a great time! The instructor was very professional, knowledgeble and nice. He found a path through the streets in a very busy city center that was not busy at all. I guess they do research. So the whole family, some people with previous experience and some without could have fun safely. Highly recommended for everyone, adds a new dimension to your Madrid trip.

Recently went on this Segway tour with my 13 year old son. Whereas my son had been on a Segway before, I had never been, and was very nervous!! Our guide Luismi was very good and clear with his instructions of use and safety, and EXTREMELY patient with me(!), but I just could not get the hang of it, more to do with my own confidence really, I am not the adventurous type!!! So in the end I was more comfortable for Luismi to hold my Segway aswell as his own, and he guided me around the tour like that! He said he didn't mind and was very supportive and encouraging! (he probably went for a strong coffee after our tour!!) He showed us some very nice monuments and was very knowledgeable about Madrid. I would highly recommend this company, a great way to spend an hour and a half of your day. If you are a novice, hopefully you will get the hang of it better than me!!! If not, they are very patient and encouraging! My son loved every minute of it. Thank you Luismi, and sorry for being extra hard work for you!!

I did a setway tour last Monday and loved it. the guide was very kind, the visit very pleasant and the setway very easy to manipulate. In addition, they themselves teach you the best way to handle it.

Booked it impromptu online and got an hour segway your at eur18 per hour per person. Santiago our guide was friendly and told good interesting story and history of the places. This is the first time I tried segway and I have never been good at balancing. Luckily it turns out fun! Good way to explore Madrid as it's convenient and easy

My friends and I booked a tour with David. Even though the tour was in English, he did a great job of explaining everything for us! If we were to fly to Madrid again, we would definitely book a tour with them again!

Laborious visit, the guide had not reserved the tickets, we had to wait 40 minutes in front of the palace. The visit went very quickly, 1h20 of visit compared to 2h announced. The level of French is quite low, many literal translations making it difficult to understand everything. Microphone/earphone system to listen to the poorly made guide. That said, the guide had a good grasp of the subject and answered questions with great precision, although this may lack a bit of context if you don't know the monarchical history of Spain. Not to be avoided, but not to be recommended either
