I had a tour with Santi. First time on a Segway, and it was very good experience. One hour city tour on Segway... It was very good experience. Thanks to Santi for his professional and friendly tour. Highly recommended. Update... January 2020... I took another tour today and for my good luck it was with Santiago again. Took another longer rout. It was fun and educational. Thank you.

Our guide was very knowledgeable on the history of Madrid and we stopped several times to stretch our legs and learn about the various landmarks. Plan muy acertado, hemos estado muchas veces en Madrid y nunca habíamos aprendido tanto, es una experiencia genial ya que te permite ver muchas cosas y conocer toda la historia de Madrid en menos tiempo de lo que supondría ir a pie y disfrutando en todo momento de todos los paisajes sin tener que disponer de un vehículo con dificultad para circular y aparcar. Para aquellos que, como a mi, le pueda dar un poco de miedo y suponer un inconveniente por no verse capaz de conducirlo, os puedo decir con tranquilidad que en un par de minutos le coges el truquillo y es súper sencillo y cómodo. Y por último, y no menos importante, una mención especial a nuestro guía José, hizo la visita muy amena, dinámica y aprendimos una barbaridad, en todo momento muy atento de que todos fuéramos cómodos y estuviéramos disfrutando, un fenómeno!!! Para repetir sin duda alguna.

We had a great time! The instructor was very professional, knowledgeble and nice. He found a path through the streets in a very busy city center that was not busy at all. I guess they do research. So the whole family, some people with previous experience and some without could have fun safely. Highly recommended for everyone, adds a new dimension to your Madrid trip.

Excellent tour en français au parc Retiro par Mathis. Mes enfants de 11 et 16 ont bien apprécié. Le petit cours du début est très utile. C'est serré parfois dans les petites rues mais les "dossarts" fluorescents aident à la visibilité.

Luis and David great professionals. A lot of patience. We were 11 novice women and with their instructions they made everything very easy for us. In addition, we have been given very interesting historical explanations.

Had an awesome tour through Madrid, definetly the highlight of my trip. José was an awesome guide who was very professional and always made us laugh with his great personality. Madrid is pretty big so it's nice to take a Segway to explore all the monuments and beautiful places of that city. I've never ridden one before, and it was definetly worth the try cause its so much fun. Go try it yourself, you won't be dissapointed! Booked it impromptu online and got an hour segway your at eur18 per hour per person. Santiago our guide was friendly and told good interesting story and history of the places. This is the first time I tried segway and I have never been good at balancing. Luckily it turns out fun! Good way to explore Madrid as it's convenient and easy

Terrible guide! The guide was always in a rush. He really did not care about the safety of the group and did not explain anything during the ride. We booked 2 hours and the ride was was only 1 hour. I had a very good experience in Seville with the same company but it in Madrid the guide was not very good and its a shame because it bad for the company. He also asked got a tip after the really bad expirence. Hope this helps make you company better

I did a setway tour last Monday and loved it. the guide was very kind, the visit very pleasant and the setway very easy to manipulate. In addition, they themselves teach you the best way to handle it.

I took this tour with Sofia.. it was quite informative a lot of history... Sofia was quite splendid she answered all my questions and gave me a lot of information about Madrid.. I recommend this indeed.

Really good experience - our guide was very knowledgeable and patient - we were all nervous newbies! We ended up getting an hour and 10 minutes when we paid for an hour. Really good value - if you are unsure or nervous about doing this, go for it, you will love it. Both my wife and son don't have natural balance and were very worried beforehand, but they got the hang of it really quickly and really enjoyed it. Thanks Ensegway!

My friends and I booked a tour with David. Even though the tour was in English, he did a great job of explaining everything for us! If we were to fly to Madrid again, we would definitely book a tour with them again!

Laborious visit, the guide had not reserved the tickets, we had to wait 40 minutes in front of the palace. The visit went very quickly, 1h20 of visit compared to 2h announced. The level of French is quite low, many literal translations making it difficult to understand everything. Microphone/earphone system to listen to the poorly made guide. That said, the guide had a good grasp of the subject and answered questions with great precision, although this may lack a bit of context if you don't know the monarchical history of Spain. Not to be avoided, but not to be recommended either

Our guide Luismi was very good and clear with his instructions of use and safety, and EXTREMELY patient with me(!), but I just could not get the hang of it, more to do with my own confidence really, I am not the adventurous type!!! So in the end I was more comfortable for Luismi to hold my Segway aswell as his own, and he guided me around the tour like that! He said he didn't mind and was very supportive and encouraging!
