It is true that I visited this place last Friday, 03/22/2024, I went to make a written complaint about the SER to the registry, it was not possible to enter, since the person who was at the entrance (Security) did not allow me to enter. Because there was no one at Reception, I told this person that office hours were until 2:00 p.m. and when I arrived it was 1:46 p.m., even so she kept informing me that she had orders not to let anyone in. Because the service was already closed to the public, I told her that she would enter the office and that a person in charge of the center would come out to inform me that they were not attending to me at 1:46 p.m. when I arrived. As indicated, NEFASTIC attention AND NO EMPATHY.

For me the heart of “my” Madrid, you can actually get anywhere on foot. Particularly worth mentioning is the Parque Madrid Rio, where the grounds of the Matadero and the Casa dem Reloj are my entrance. Every day at 12 p.m. the Reloj plays the city's anthem.

We must learn how public administration is "managed", in the sense of knowing the request mechanisms and the scope of the offices and officials. It is our duty, everything is on the web. If we understand that, everything flows. Appointment requests, documents to be submitted, etc. So, the attention is fast, expeditious and without delays. In my case I received ideal care and the process was quick and simple.

Very beautiful office building in Matadero. We came here to get the Empadronamiento Certificate. The officers and the police in the front door are very friendly and helpful. And it took very short time for the process to get the certificate docs.

A must see if you pass through the cultural park "El Matadero". An historical place that will get in some not so remote age of Madrid.

Neomudéjar architecture. Pretty good but not as exquisite as Toledo train station. Didn't go inside
