Definitely one of the best amongst the famous right parks of Madrid. Perfect for a chill walk as it's wilderness makes you forget that you are in a big city🦆 It only opens on the weekends, a must visit during autumn or spring, but any sunny day it's worth the light. The public toilet inside it's currently closed due to the pandemic but you can find another one just outside the main door. No dogs allowed.

Beautiful park, used to be the estate of the Osasuna duchess around 1800. There are water ponds with a mini artificial river and a footbridge, ducks a black swan. There is a little farm, a romantic roman structure, a small palace, entrances to underground bunke, a tree maze.

This is an easy-to-get-to and very little-known park in Madrid. It is fabulous. Loads of beautiful plants, trees, wildlife and buildings. Very peaceful and well kept. I highly recommend it and will definitely return! Tip: take a picture of the map at the entrance so you can plan your walk well. There is a guided tour but you must reserve it well in advance. We didn't get to do it as it was fully booked. Check online for days/times that it is open as it varies by season.

Really beautiful historic park in the outskirts of Madrid with plenty of interesting features. The park is perfectly manicured and, even though admission is free, it is only open to visitors on weekends (no food allowed within the premises). Worth the long metro ride from downtown Madrid if you have some spare time in the city.

Such a lovely park! It's 10 minutes away from the metro (the entrance is the one close to paseo la Alameda de Osuna 26, not the one that appears in Google maps). The colors are simply stunning, and so is the ambience. Is a perfect break from everything so you can forget for a short while that you're in a big city. There are a few interesting details about each place, but bring your Google translator as they're only in Spanish. It is also great for taking pictures, both professionally or for people wanting to update their social network profiles 😉 There's lots of shadow, so it isn't hot, but be sure to bring your water (there are a few places we're you can refill the bottles). No pets, food or bikes allowed.

Jardin El Caprichio is a beautiful and peaceful place to be. Also good for taking some stunning shots. Spent few hours there. It's just a pitty that it's open only on the weekends.

Consultar horarios.. Entrada gratuita

Absolutely incredible park. Beautiful big trees and ponds with various old buildings of different styles. In some ways similar to El Retiro but with the added bonus of a big maze. Only open at weekends though as far as I know.

One of my favorite parks in Madrid. A good place to spend time walking around in nature. Food is not allowed, you'll be asked to get rid of it. It only opens on Saturdays and Sundays, make sure to check Park hours.

A very beautiful park close (about 5-10 min walk) from the metro station. The park has free drinking water fountains several places and is a nice and relaxing way to spend an hour or two just walking around. The only downside is that it is only open in the weekend, and all the signs are in Spanish only. Apparently free tours madrid offer tours in English here, but didn't get a chance to experience one.

Amazing park to visit! I loved it! I went in October and not many people were around so it made it even nicer (there might be more people in summer) but I hope you enjoy it as well! ☺️

This is a beautiful place for a walk. It is prohibited to enter with balls, freebies, bicicles or any other items that could endanger the gardens and disturb the people. A guard watches in the entrance to enforce this rule. There is a bunker and many corners with different sculptures, temples, lakes and old houses and palaces. Nearby is the Juan Carlos the First park, so if you plan it properly you can nicely visit two urban oasis during the same day.

Beautiful place. Absolutely worth the visit Take under account that it only opens on weekends and festives Many buildings and monuments from the XVIII century The lakes and small water canals give this place a very nice atmosphere. Big trees give shade and the temperature is very good even in hot days Ducks the Osuna lived very well here for sure. Everything is taken care of and in excellent condition Free entrance, didn't have any problem with the maximum people capacity

Beautiful 1800th park just outside old city of Madrid. Great landscape and random beautiful buildings. Relaxing, pine and lavender air that makes you overdose on oxygen. Great escape from vibrant Madrid night life and recharge for the next round...

(Translated by Google) The truth is that it is wonderful to be able to have a park like this in Madrid itself, which can be accessed directly from a nearby metro (even so there is a parking with good capacity a few meters away). The park is very well cared for throughout the year and there are different well-differentiated areas. The only but that I would put is the visit to the bunker, which is almost impossible to get tickets, the few that take out are sold out immediately.

Great park, gives you the feeling you are in a forest sometimes. It is really a shame that it is so far from the city center, but some things worth the wait. Note that there are guards which won't let you enter with food inside, in case that you do plan to arrive with food, just go for the other park around. Drinks are fine.
