I have booked this hotel on booking.com as it says it's free cancellation - no payment required, I received a message after a couple of days of reservation that you will be charged since you are staying more than 10 days! I have changed my destination and canceled my reservation, however, they deducted around 300 Euro ! and they sent it back after half a month, I have lost 20 Euro for exchanging the currency switch twice beside that I have 300 Euro that I cannot use. it's really nasty that they are not meeting what they say.

If I ever come back to Madrid I’ll be staying here again! The staff is helpful and lovely (with a special thank you to Alejandro!) The hotel is perfectly located: easy walk anywhere in Madrid including Prado/Thyssen/Reina Sofia. And everything about it is well designed and beautiful. A well run establishment

worst hotel experience ever! never coming back!! behind the overly design hotel is very uptight and fake vibe, hotel is stuffy unventilated and smells bad. although the hotel is in a gay area, the hotel wasn’t gay friendly at all, giving weird looks and making my 7 day stay there very very uncomfortable! no privacy whatsoever! cameras everywhere, and staff entering your room without notice and without even knocking on the the door (3 times!!!) although i asked specifically not to be disturbed during my stay! crazy!never happened to me before! even after complaining there was never an apology coming, and tho i was promised to hear from the manager, no comment or some kind of reaction arrived from the hotel management till today! don’t be fooled by the flashy design, it’s all fake behind!

Great hotel, great staff. The hotel decorations and design and the atmosphere is really wonderful..I loved it..it’s close to tourism attractions, restaurants and shopping. Everything within a walking distance. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have tried. I will definitely come again and recommend it to family and friends.

Wonderful blackout shades in the rooms and comfortable beds. Knowledgeable staff and very polite. Every night there has been some sort of party that has started up after midnight outside that has been a bit annoying. It's a good location to walk to the city center or see the central park from. The gluten free restaurant is great, especially if you travel with a Celiac!

The hotel was nothing special. It was in a great location but the rooms were small and for the price I had higher expectations. The staff was amazing! I highly recommend the Thai massage. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

The staff, location, breakfast and cleanliness of the property were exceptional. We do plan to return to Madrid and Only You Boutique Hotel would be our first and only choice. The staff members were not only efficient, they were helpful, engaging, professional and knowledgeable. We only had a few minor requests and they were taken care of quickly. The decor and design of the hotel is eclectic but classy and comfortable. We highly recommend a stay at the Only You Boutique!

A friend booked a table for brunch at this handsome looking hotel in the Chueca neighbourhood. I should point out that it was brunch Spanish style, for the restaurant opened at 1pm and the "brunch" was in reality a set 3 course meal. So what do you get for a very reasonable price? A selection of starters, pastries, jam, cold cuts, two types of cheese, two types of spread and a fruit salad, a main course (from a selection of four) and a dessert (again from a selection of four), plus a glass of cava, coffee, and fresh orange juice. My burger was cooked to perfection, and the retro banana split was surprisingly delicious and gladly received. Though the service felt at times hurried, the waiters managed to remain calm, and all in all it was a rather good experience.

My wife and I stayed here on our vacation in Spain. We were in love with this place. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, and they helped me with some planned surprises for my wife. It is also in such a good place to get food or some quick snacks from the corner store. It is also close to scooter locations, so you can zip around the city. I hope to come back to Madrid and stay here again. A+ experience.

First time in Madrid and we came across this beautiful boutique hotel. It is so elegant inside and so well decorated. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast was excellent. The same hotel host a bar, restaurant and a terrace area to have a drink, ect. so centrally located that it is walking distance to all the attractions. Highly recommended

Loved it! Room was bigger than expected, silent and extremely comfortable. I slept so well. Breakfast was excellent. Always greeted by polite happy staff. Everything was fantastic. My only complaint is, we were only there for two nights. Two nights is not enough. Location is brilliant too. I'd definitely suggest walking Madrid if the weather permits it.

Thé hôtel is very well located and is good value for money. Staff are very friendly and the interior is quite eccentric. A special thank you for IVAN, reception manager for his help organizing the site visits and making our stay very enjoyable.

This hotel is a gem! We made a mistake in our dates but the hotel was able to accommodate us in a pinch and at a very busy time for them. The staff was absolutely outstanding in making arrangements. The room is just a bit crowded and if I could change anything I would have a window that opened to outside and an outdoor seating area. The decor is eclectic and funky. The downstairs has great energy. But what truly set my experience apart was a visit to the Thai room for a traditional Thai/Indonesian massage and facial. Namsom was incredible!

Absolutely stunning design hotel that is in the heart of Madrid, close to pretty much everything. We stayed in the corner suite which was very spacious and stylishly furnished. What impressed me the most is the attention to detail and the desire of the designer to surprise you everywhere you walk around. The people at the front desk were fluent in English (rarity in Spain), professional and welcoming. The hotel also has a very nice bar where we had a nice drink before heading into the night. I strongly recommend it.

What a cool hotel. There are two in Madrid. We were so tired, we went to the wrong location! The staff was so accommodating that they let us stay at the wrong hotel. The decor was fun. The rooms totally comfortable. The location was fantastic too as it’s close to the train station and 10 min to the city center.

How to make a marvel out of small places. Everything is nice and cosy. Even the small gym has the minimum for a nice workout. Very well located too. The staff was absolutely perfect. Maybe the gentleman who put 1 ⭐️ didn’t catch the right person at the right time. Prices were very reasonable.

Excellent table service, great staff, top notch meat and wine. If there's a single thing I'd change about anything, is that I'd swap out the toffee crumble on the dessert for a salted toffee crumble. Otherwise absolutely excellent dinner experience.

Loved all the detailed design of this hotel. The lobby, the glass cabinet room, the elevator with books. All with good surprise. Food was good in the restaurant too. The room was okay good, clean but I wish it was more nicely decorated along with the hotel first floor design. Location was good and staff was nice. Wasn’t crazy about Madrid but definitely liked this

Celebrated our anniversary with a night out at this hotel and we only have good words for this experience. The place is stunning, details to their maximum, amazing deco and superb staff. I just had a very pleasant 3-night stay at Only You hotel in Madrid. From check-in to check-out, the experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for European standards, and the bed was very comfortable. The spa services at the hotel was also great, the Thai massage felt amazing after a long day of exploring. Best of all, the hotel is located in Chueca, a very lively, young, and LGBTQ friendly neighborhood. The only con would be the gym, the room is small and the equipment needs updating. But overall I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Madrid.

Really amazing location ,cute design, good service. 4 stars just because the first night the room I stayed at was interior facing and there was loud noise and music coming from the hotel bar also the room didn’t have blackout drapes and I slept horribly but the service was amazing and once I complained about it I got upgraded to a different room, free of charge of course. Would definitely recommend for the amazing location and service! I would definitely stay here again

Stunning property, great location, friendly staff! We were treated by Valentina who engaged in conversation and offered us, Cava, and water right away. She provided full information about the property and suggested things to do around the hotel. Her restaurant recommendations were top-notch! Elesandro was extremely helpful with our check-out process, and got us a taxi at no time. Everyone was so lovely and left a positive mark on our quick trip to Madrid! We can't wait to return in the fall and see what this beautiful city has to offer.

As we had the long weekend coming up in Dubai, my wife and I decided to go to Madrid, Spain for a short holiday. We weren't very sure where we would end up staying but chose ONLY YOU Boutique Hotel Madrid as we saw interesting photos and reviews of the property. Well let me tell you, we were definitely not disappointed. We were greeted with warm and welcoming staff upon entering the hotel. The staff very extremely accomodating and willing to help you with any request. Literally. The checkin was easy and hassle free. The information provided during checkin was very helpful. There were two people in particular who did an exceptional amazing job at helping us out every step of the way. Ivan & Jordi. We asked so many questions regarding the city itself and the attractions we could possibly visit during our short stay and they went above and beyond to guide us. They helped us out with whatever we had questions about. Keeping it professional yet light hearted the whole time we were there. They helped us with Restaurant and Flamenco bookings. In general these two were your go to people at the hotel if you needed any kind of service or help. At the hotel, they have a Tapas bar where Fidel was our server who recommended the best dishes to have from that bar. And they were fantastic along with his service. This hotel is definitely going to be recommended by us to all our friends and family who travel to Madrid. The place is stunning, comfortable and a very friendly environment to be in during your stay. The location is also pretty prefect as you can easily walk around or take a taxi to the area where most of the great sites and sounds of Madrid city are. If we decide to come back to Madrid, we are staying at this property for sure and If there were more than 5 Stars, we would definitely give it to this hotel. Simply perfect! We stayed here as a family using 2 rooms. In one room we had an issue with A/C but the personnel immediately offered to change room and gave us an upgrade. Moreover, they let us keep them longer for a convenient checkout to our train. Rooms are large and well equipped. Hotel is in great position for visiting Madrid, near Metro and Train (Renfe) stations. Several bars around for breakfast in the morning. Hotel is extremely elegant and personnel warm and gentle. We will definitely come back again!
