We had the most amazing experience at Hotel Iberostar in Madrid! I’d like to mention Alba and Freddy at the front desk who really embodied what it is to love what you do! They made our stay one to remember! Highly recommended and the only place to stay in Madrid! Thank you!

We stayed for four nights and the hotel was very good and in a great location. Rooms were quite big and comfortable. Breakfast staff were excellent. Small issue that the hotel provided rooms with a kettle but no cups. Took a few times to get the cups. Nice views and small pool was very peaceful to relax in the late afternoon and get some sun. All the staff were good and will come back. Also had an accessible room which was very good. Water machine near the lift which was good. Recommended

The experience was excellent from the beginning. Originally we booked this vacation when Covid hit 3 summers ago. They could have kept our money but they refunded it.The hotel kept in touch with messaging months before we arrived. The whole staff was courteous and friendly through our one week stay. The roof top bar was a delight. The buffet breakfast was complete. Our rooms had great views of the beautiful Spanish architecture and skyline. Even though they have their own restaurant and bar they had great recommendations for other venues. On a personal note I saw a monkey mug they used for drinks which are not for sale. I told Antonio, at reception, how it reminded me when I was a little boy. I was called “Charlie Chimp” and it hurt my feelings. But everything turned out great in my life as an adult and I now like the name “Charlie Chimp”. He was touched and identified . So he went to Lola, the manager and they presented me with the mug and a beautiful card.

We loved our stay. We had a room facing the gran via, with a balcony and we loved the view. The hotel is the perfect location to walk everywhere. Close to food, the Prado, everything.. we walked everywhere!! Our room and bath was spacious for two adults and a teen. We loved the rooftop pool too. My teen used the gym and had a great workout. Definitely would stay again and hope to return to Madrid soon! Our view from our room below each. Loved it!!

Really great location on Gran Via. The front desk ladies are super helpful and nice. The rooms are great. There's a conmected vermuth / tapas bar which is convenient, and the hotel dining area with an excellent morning buffet service. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I enjoyed 3 nights at Iberostar Las Letras. Our visit coincided with one solid day of hard rain which coincided with an on-site conference. Throughout, the hotel staff were present, friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was fresh, generous with hot food to order - scrambled eggs, etc. We found our door was loud hitting the latch and simply letting it go to shut definitely disturbed our neighbors. But just once. Our 6th floor room didn't face Gran Via but we also didn't notice any street noise. Comfortable beds and pillows. We would return. Great hotel.

My stay at Iberostar Hotel Grand Via was exceptional! The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. What made our stay even better was the top-notch customer service we received from the staff. I would like to specifically commend Ana at the front desk for her exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to help us book Renfe tickets and taught us how to use the subway. She was extremely patient and attentive to our needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also want to thank Freddy and Tony for their kindness and hospitality! Additionally, the housekeeping staff deserves a special mention. We accidentally left our phone behind, and it was still there when we came back to the room. The staff was honest, and we appreciated that they took care of our belongings. Overall, our stay at Iberostar Hotel Grand Via was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend it. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the city!

What a lovely hotel with such friendly staff. They all go the extra mile to make sure your stay is perfect. The rooms have a good size, the beds are very comfortable. In the morning you are being treated to an excellent breakfast. We are looking forward to our next stay at this hotel with great staff.

We loved this property during our first trip to Madrid. The staff was so helpful- Ursula, Azahara & Anthony went above and beyond to guide us in the city. The restaurant was so relaxing and we loved the international jazz music they played. The hotel location is perfect and with a cool vibe. Will definitely stay there again!

Location & staff are highlights. Nice clean rooms. Great bathroom. Bed was nice with great pillows. Pool was very cool (the water that is. Lol) towels. Clean. Nice view from there. Gym was well equipped for a decent workout. Buffet breakfast excellent. All staff super helpful. The location is really in the middle of it all you can walk almost everywhere from this hotel. This hotel lives up to the high Iberostar standards. No better place to stay in this amazing city full of kind people. ((::

Absolutely amazing experience! We stayed here after getting married and the service was amazing. They surprised us with a bottle of Cava to celebrate our wedding and couldn't be more accommodating. Always really helpful with our requests and we will definitely be back here.

Brilliant hotel in the heart of Madrid. Location is hard to beat. Transport very close. Service excellent. Rooms a great size for such a central location. Beds very comfy. We had the room with terrace and spa - perfect. Pool was good to cool off. Breakfast very good - loved the tortilla each morning. Plenty of fruit, yoghurts and meats. Vermouth bar and rooftop bar are both awesome. Gym is a great size too. Hotel - Highly recommended.

Hotel was wonderful, the rooms and service were impeccable for a 4star. Anthony Ursula was very kind and attentive to our needs and helped us on both arrival and departure from the hotel. we would love to stay again when we're in Madrid.

We booked a city view room. But it was too noisy for us. The staff kindly offered another tow quiet rooms for us to choose. The room is spacious, clean and nicely prepared. Front desk staff Anthony was very friendly and helpful when we checked out in the early morning. Definitely would book again when I return to Madrid.

Special thanks to Anthony, Zava and Alex who worked so hard to make sure our every need was met. The hotel is perfectly located. The room came with a comfortable bed and a wonderful 🛀 bathtub! The team are all professional, courteous and very helpful. They go out of their way to see that your needs are met. The breakfast buffet was delicious and lots of fresh fruits and pastries. Great stay! The front desk employees were very helpful in assisting me when my flight was cancelled and I needed to stay an extra two nights. Both cafe and restaurant employees were also kind and accommodating. Love the “ eco-sense” of responsibility they’ve adopted in the hotel and filtered water available on each floor. Highly recommend.

Great stay while visiting Madrid for 3 nights. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, location was fantastic to walk anywhere in the City centre, and room was large / clean and included lots of amenities (minibar, couch, large TV, etc).

Great service and beautiful rooms. We stayed in a corner room for 3 people and the bathroom was very spacious. It had both a shower and tub and double sinks. We did room service on our last night and it was delicious. Our view of the street was top-notch. Central location close to everything. We used the shuttle to the airport which was very convenient. Loved it!

Fab hotel, the staff were welcoming, the room was large and bed comfortable. Being in the centre of Gran Via near the metro stop this is a very central hotel so convenient for shopping and nightlife although it is quite a noisy area which you should expect. Nice bars on the ground floor although there wasn't a large selection of food for vegetarians so we looked elsewhere for this.

Good hotel. Good location. There was only one thing missing: a cart on the lobby to pick up the lugagge from our room. We had to go down with 11 small pieces of luggage (in a group of 6 people) and despite the help from a gentleman from the front desk, it was rather clumsy. It is a small investment that could help all the guests.

Great hotel. Highly recommended and would stay again. Spacious clean rooms. Nothing to fault in terms of RECEPTION staff they really could not do enough for us. A lovely warm welcome. Namely, Manuel and Anthony were particularly helpful. Restaurant staff and bar staff and food great with great service. One small thing to mention is that clean towels were left in the room but dirty items and towels not taken away whilst we were there which seemed odd for such great service in general.

I’ve been staying at this hotel whenever I come to Madrid. Superb location. Superior and clean rooms. Great restaurant. The hotel is fantastic, but what makes a hotel truly exceptional is also its staff. Anthony and Azahara were so consistently and genuinely attentive, professional, and friendly throughout my six-day stay. I also had my puppy with me, and they made us all feel quite welcome.
