been
in
this
health
center
for
years,
by

doctors,
nurses...etc.
It

a
good
center,
but
the
disastrous
management
of
the
administrative
staff
(officials)
is
terrible,

follows.
You

call

you
want
and
how
much
you
want
and
they
will
NEVER
pick
up
the
phone
to
assist
you.
You
want
to
make
an
appointment
and
don't
even
bother
calling
because
they
NEVER
answer.
You
go
there
in
the
morning/afternoon
and
the
only
thing
you
see
is
pure
"officials"
playing
on
the
cell
phone,
talking
on
the
cell
phone
or
among
themselves.
The
phone
ringing
and
unfazed.
I
have
come
to
the
point
of
having
to
go
with
COVID
because
they
don't
answer
the
phone
and
then
they
have
the
shame
of
reproaching
you
that
if
you
have
COVID
that
you
don't
have
to
go,
that
you
have
to
call
by
phone.
BUT
ELSE
YOU
PICK
UP
THE
DAMN
PHONE
DAUGHTER
OF
MY
LIFE
,
if
you
pass
your
phone
over
the
triumphal
arch,

have
to
do

if

to
