    A shame, I don't give fewer stars because it's not possible. You go to the doctor because you have a problem and need to be treated, not to sit on a bench for two hours looking at a wall or your cell phone. Once, you can understand it, a couple maybe but in this place it is customary. To go even deeper, you go into the office, you start talking and they tell you, after having spent hours waiting, quickly, that they only have 7 minutes per patient. A SHAME. The management of this place is a shame, don't even think about calling, because they won't pick up or they will hang up on you. Medical appointment with wait between two weeks or a month, without talking about specialist referrals. The last one was when I was 24 years old for an emergency due to atopic dermatitis and they referred me to a dermatologist on my 26th birthday. Speaking about my doctor personally, it seems that she is there because she has to, she does not recommend things to the patient, but rather those that are useful to her, she looks at you questioning and judging you.     I have been in this health center for years, by the doctors, nurses...etc. It is a good center, but the disastrous management of the administrative staff (officials) is terrible, no, what follows. You can now call what you want and how much you want and they will NEVER pick up the phone to assist you. You want to make an appointment and don't even bother calling because they NEVER answer. You go there in the morning/afternoon and the only thing you see is pure "officials" playing on the cell phone, talking on the cell phone or among themselves. The phone ringing and unfazed. I have come to the point of having to go with COVID because they don't answer the phone and then they have the shame of reproaching you that if you have COVID that you don't have to go, that you have to call by phone. BUT ELSE YOU PICK UP THE DAMN PHONE DAUGHTER OF MY LIFE , if you pass your phone over the triumphal arch, which is an ornament. You would have to do it like a company, if you don't comply, go to the street, you'll see if they do their job.     It took a whole year for midwife María Lourdes Denche Parra to do a cytology on me.
