Dear Travelers: the gym is down at the subway ‘Nuevos Ministerios’ station. Entrance from the street not possible. Do not look for signs. Took me forever to find it, when I visited Madrid a few months ago. Beside that, it’s super clean and the staff is almost obsessed with checking, that you re-rack your weights again. Great atmosphere, modern and plenty of equipment, young crowd... not at all what I am used to the Mcfits in Germany or Austria (and I have seen a lot).

The Gym at the station Nuevo Ministerios is a really good training place. It is not as crowded as u may think. As u can see we could enjoy all the areas nearly alone, even if there were other trainees they were very polite and communicative. The equipment is in a good circumstance - not as used as in other locations. All in all I can recommend this studio.

McFit's newest studio in Madrid in the entrance hall to the subway and S-Bahn. The way there is well signposted. Inside everything is in subway design (wastebaskets, benches, etc.). The devices are all in the best condition, almost or even all of the extras that you know from McFit are available. Unfortunately it closes at 11 p.m. (other branches in Madrid are open an hour longer). There are a lot of devices available, which makes everything seem a bit cramped. The studio is busy at almost all times. I am very pleased.

Very good experience. I unsubscribed due to a change in personal location, but Miguel Ángel and the rest of the team have always served in a friendly and professional manner. There is a wide variety of classes and schedules, and at a very affordable price.

Went to see about a free pass to try the gym. According to the website "turn up with a towel and sports clothing and that's it". Was told after turning up that you have to reserve 24hr before. Really should update your website...

It's okay. Fournished, equipment a little bit old and in some parts broken, but overall a good gym for that price. One thing I noticed is that's impossible to find 1,2 and 3kg dumbells. Having that would be appreciated since not everyone is Arnold Schwarzenegger.

I like the gym but clearly they need to hire more/ better cleaners. The bathrooms are always a mess without toilet paper & they NEVER have soap. For a gym that is ridiculous…

This gym is definitely the best gym I've been to, it has a vast array of equipment and the BEST playlist. Theres also a lot of space so even when it gets very busy you can still manage to use most equipment. My only issues are 1. I wish they offered monthly memberships instead of long contracts but this seems to be common in Madrid and 2. Most staff were friendly but some could be quite irritating whilst quite rudely enforcing some rules - this is the only gym I've been to where you can't squat in socks - and one particular zumba instructor who was so rude and aggressive - telling people to leave if they aren't deemed to be trying hard enough.

I’d give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the staff! I enjoy working out there. But the staff can be really annoying, constantly following you around to tell you to unrack stuff that you didn’t even use. Not exaggerating. Whenever I’m heading to the restroom someone taps on my shoulder “hey, you didn’t pick blabla up.” Jeez!! I’m going to pee if you excuse me and come back! Long story short, the gym itself is okay but they need more quality people working over there.

Very saturated place. There are too many people and it is impossible to train. All the machines are always busy and you have to wait in line. Furthermore, the saturation of people produces a tense atmosphere among members, bad smells, dirt... I do not recommend this gym at all.

What a gym... always busted at all hours, it's easier to leave a sect than to unsubscribe, they don't care if you've been injured because you're going to continue paying for the gym, very expensive for what they offer, little empathy and therefore Not to mention the workers who spit at you when they talk to you. Don't sign up

The gym is always saturated with people, quite a few machines have worn leather and the icing on the cake is that they prevent you from unsubscribing to renew for another 6 months. It's the worst experience I've ever had in a gym.

Very good facilities, the gym is very complete, there is no missing machine and it is not full of people, you can train comfortably. Laura was very kind and helped me register quickly. Very happy.

As a tourist I wanted to do my trainging in this gym but Unfortunatelly I could not find it. There are no signs of a gym, not a single one that can show a direction. And by the way I dont know WHO invented a gym that is in the underground...

The facilities are not bad, but the cleaning of the female lockers leaves a lot to be desired. If they have so many clients they should clean more often I guess. Moreover, there are only 3 showers for a gym so big and they seem to be designed for you to not want to use them (no doors, no place to leave towels or your stuff), and sometimes not all of them work. The locker area is small and people will literally throw their towels on you when they arrive and want to change. I chose it because it was convenient due to its location, but I regret it. I know that some people don't shower at the gym but I have to take the subway later, so for me decent and clean showers are a must.

Basic Fit offers you more gyms, Mcfit offers better quality. However for the prices the gyms charge I think Go-Fit offers best value for money as there is so much more on offer.
