I used to travel with Smart Insiders when I was living in Madrid, Spain back in 2015-2016. I can't remember the amount of travels I did with these guys, but let me tell you: all of them were amazing. These guys plan really well, they're are super friendly, and the prices are way too affordable. Totally recommended. Go with Smart Insiders, you won't regret it.

I’ve gone on many trips with smart insiders and they always are amazing! I’ve made amazing friends and always have a blast. I’ve gone to Italy with them, salamanca, Granada etc. They are always affordable and give good amount of free time and always have optional activities to add if wanted.

The northern France and Italy trip over my spring break when I was studying in Madrid was nothing short of spectacular. Very well planned and organized, and had the most amazing guides. On any of the trips, you are sure to make a ton of friends who are students, young teachers, or locals.

I was a student during erasmus and Smart Insiders offered the opportunity to travel at an affordable price every single weekend, not just around Spain but I also got the opportunity to travel to Portugal and Iceland. The team is super friendly and those were the best moments of my erasmus!

I had the best experience with Smart Insiders when living in Madrid! I went on multiple trips with them including Morocco, the Italy/ France trip, and the Córdoba flower patio trip. Each trip I went on was very well organized and planned out so that there was no stress on the trip. Their prices are great and it made it very helpful for me to travel while being on a budget! I met Eliza on the Cádiz trip, and I will say that she is genuinely one of the kindest and friendliest people I’ve ever met. I was hesitant initially but she made me feel so comfortable meeting new people. Even after the trip, we were able to meet with other Smart Insiders for a picnic. I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Thank you Eliza, you are the best. Next time I’m in Madrid, she’s the first person I want to see!

We booked La Ruta de los Vinos. The only thing that was great about the trip was the winery. However, after we left the winery (at 11:30am), the rest of the plans felt a little flimsy. Apart from the guides from the winery who were absolutely fantastic, the smart insider guides on the other hand, could have been a little bit more informative about the other two towns that we visited or organised more group activities. We think it could have been better to visit two wineries or gone to a wine bar to do more tastings. Instead they gave us free time to just roam around the towns, learning nothing about wine. In addition, it would have been nice to see a range of ages, everyone seemed to be in their early 20s; we are in our late-twenties, and we felt there was a massive maturity gap.

Great company to discover all Europe and Morocco with. Fun and cultural trips for students at a very reasonable price. Everything is very well organized and the staff is very professional. I totally recommend this organization.

I highly don’t recommend that company. They are rude and disrespectful for clients. Also it is also extremely hard to contact them. When I went on trip with them, after I arrived on place of meeting, they informed me that there is no space for me and my partner in bus. After that, when they promised me other trip as an apologise, it was cancelled just half day before. They offered other trip as a replace, but when I decided for it, there was no contact for 24 hours. On the end they proposed me trip for half price (when previous one supposed be for free), what was just too much for me and I decided to write this opinion. It was my first and last time when I was trying to buy a trip with travel company. Think two times, before you will decide for trip with Smart Insiders company, because you can just be left on the street instead of having nice vacation.

I’ve been on several of their trips/experiences that they offer and every single time without fail I am ready to book another trip with them! I have gone to Portugal, & done the ‘Ruta de Vinos’ just to name a few but the one I still can’t believe I did was ‘Italy, Monaco, and South of France’. That last trip was like a dream come true and I wouldn’t have traveled there if it wasn’t for smart insiders❤️ 10/10 would recommend it to everyone who is teaching or studying abroad in Spain!

Smart Insiders’ trips are a great way to make the most of a year in Spain (and even more, I strongly recommend the trip to Portugal, the 5 days one if possible), as they take you to many places and events you probably wouldn’t go to otherwise, and that turn out to be amazing experiences. On top of that the team is very cool and friendly.

Overall, the Semana Trip to Italy, Monaco, and the South of France was organized and so much fun! Although, I wish that all of the walking tours took place since some ended up being canceled due to there not being enough people to join. Also, sometimes we would be behind schedule and it seemed like we would have less time to explore a city, but I still enjoyed the trip very much! The trip coordinators Rio and Emilio were very nice and helpful throughout the journey!

I went on a fabulous tour of the royal palace today! I learned many new facts about the royal palace and the royal family. I loved being able to go on this free tour with a wonderful tour named Chiara! She was easy to talk to and very professional! I also made new friends on this tour! I look forward to going to more events with this company!
