Room was very cold, walls are thin and it had single glazed windows so you can hear everything. Seems to be a lot of people coming in and out the building all night (and this was a Tuesday night - not the weekend), some people coming in were using the pin code and others the electronic fob... so I don't know if some of it is rented or what.
