(Translated by Google) ATTENTION: apparently, the phone number is only to make nice. I have more than 7 calls in the day, today. The quality of the service is conspicuous by its absence. Rather, the service itself is conspicuous by its absence. What a shame. Awful. Third worldist. Hours of waiting for an appointment. Antipathy of the people who attend, chaos in the consultations. For example, you have to wait in line to be told which room the doctor is in "Another doctor tomorrow 1". The telephone appointment calls you 2 hours before and if you don't pick up they won't call you again. Then they blame each other. It seems that they are making an effort to get us to go to the private one.

At the counter they treated me quite badly, there is a fat blonde lady of about 50 years old who spoke to me in a very derogatory way. Apart from the fact that he didn't solve anything for me and didn't even make the slightest attempt to try to help. You can't talk to people like that, especially when it's a public service worker caring for people with a health problem.

I join in the criticism (I see that it is recurring) of the 50-year-old fat woman at the reception who is truly bitter and only creates obstacles and treats everyone with disdain. This afternoon I requested a complaint form from the Community of Madrid and I am going to submit it. I encourage all those affected to submit complaint forms so that something can be done about this monstrosity that we all pay for with our taxes. I hope they fire her or at least she is left without a job and salary for a few months. And of course every time I have to I will put up another complaint sheet.

A girl at the reception helps me, blonde with short hair above her shoulder, and tells me that since November 7, the Health centers cannot handle emergencies. (when they treated me in the emergency room last week) Every time the receptionists feel less willing to work, they don't pick up the phone and instead of solving your problems... They put more obstacles in your way. Let's see how I would have to explain to people that because of a bad cold, or an injury to my mouth that prevents me from eating normally, we have to go and SATURATE THE HOSPITALS. What a shameful admission… not at all happy with the neighborhood Health Center.

(Translated by Google) This health center is a shame, they put problems for everything. I have never put a review but and that they refuse to do their job and that you put a claim, at least, I leave it on record somewhere. They never have an appointment, now the health center is always rather empty. I always end up arguing with the same patient care person and when I get an appointment they give me the results of another patient (nothing happens due to a mistake) but lately it's been mistake after mistake.

(Translated by Google) Terrible in all respects, so sad. Both the administration workers, including the head of the administrative unit, María José, and the doctor who treated me. You ask them for a procedure and each one tells you one thing until you go crazy from all the times you have to go back to get NOTHING, because they do it wrong or they simply don't care about the patient. And the worst of all is that they treat you like a fool and with total indifference. They are charging public health, I have received better care in developing countries. It is unfortunate that these people charge our money and effort for doing their job poorly and with such reluctance.

The reception is horrible… Lately they treat my dog better at the vet than they treat me at the reception of the medical center… In addition to the fact that they are losing the patients' documents, my doctor called me to tell me that she was leaving my discharge document at the reception , and they are not ashamed to tell me that the girl who downloaded it took it home... Isn't there a data protection law? Very little humanity on the part of the guards.

The main problem of this health center is the administrative entrance. Poorly educated, incompetent, disastrous treatment of patients who come for health reasons and not for pleasure. They are a barrier to fight against so that they treat you like a person and not like an animal. Furthermore, many of them believe they are qualified to carry out child triage when they are not healthcare, sending you from the emergency room to the hospital and thus saturating the healthcare system. If there is something that goes wrong in primary care, it is precisely them. Phenomenal team of doctors and other health personnel, although overwhelmed due to lack of resources.

(Translated by Google) SHAME is the word. They don't pick up the phone and when you get to the center, the administrators are talking to each other and the people are waiting for them to finish the conversation. It's a shame that with so many people out of work, they take it as a joke. In addition, when they decide that it is time to serve you, they do so with contempt and antipathy. There are many reviews regarding the administrative attention of this center, hopefully they will take action.

This health center is a total joke for its users. 12 days of waiting to have an appointment for my son. When the day finally arrives and we go, they tell me at the counter that they have canceled the appointment because the doctor is not there. They have not notified me because they say they have not had the time (nor intention I suppose). Solution: They give me a complaint form without asking for it and tell me to try on Monday to see if I'm lucky and get an emergency appointment that they also refused to give me today. They also haven't picked up the phone all morning. Answer: When you call, choose another option other than talking to the center. In other words, let others work. Is it a joke or not? Of course, I have filed a complaint.

(Translated by Google) DISASTROUS! They have a disastrous management despite being more flexible due to the circumstances of Covid. It is impossible for the administrators to have a worse education and deal with people. I have called by phone being present at the health center at that very moment and you see how they completely pass to take it, even being without attending to anyone and while they were talking to each other (A call can be very important but it seems that they are not clear about it). Working in front of the public requires a lot of patience but also education and respect for others. (Original) NEFASTO!

I see that all users share the same opinion that the administrative staff at the reception of this health center is rude, rude, unpleasant and does not provide any help to those administered (as is their legal obligation). Nor is it explained that on the midwives' floor there is a room with a sign on the door indicating that there is a possibility of radiation. Oh really? On the floor where pregnant women go?

(Translated by Google) That they don't even have an appointment in 14 days and that they don't deign to pick up the phone is AMAZING. I have more than 30 calls, they all end the same, they hang up on me. I was calling for an urgent issue that is solved by phone in 1 min ... however I have had to go twice to the center because it seems that the people who are in the administration do not do their job very well (not to mention the ways that that's already the worst of all ...) And it is not the first time, on other occasions I have gone, there was no one and they have not picked up the phone! It is amazing that nobody supervises this and that they treat you like that when they are there to help you !!! Officials like this are the ones who load the system and make the precious public health is frowned upon by many.

Very sad the lack of empathy and education of the reception administrators. I come with migraines and a stye in my eye. Half an hour waiting in line, when my turn arrives I am told that they will not serve me since I am not wearing a mask. I ask please if you can leave me one. I understand that it should have been my responsibility to take it, but I come urgently and I assume that since it is a health center, they must have it. I am ridiculed and asked to leave. The treatment they have with the patient is a shame.

(Translated by Google) One of the best health centers in the capital. It occupies a large, new building with an interesting exterior and interior with plenty of space and waiting rooms with seating. Level cleaning. The doctors are good specialists and the treatment is excellent. I remove a star only for those who were previously attending the "window" on the ground floor. Dry, short answers without providing information. Once they denied me to change the address due to a change of address on the grounds that the health center had to be changed, which according to the new regulations it is not mandatory to do so.

The women at the reception are rude, especially the blonde with the short hair and glasses. They have no empathy and treat you as if for asking the question you are asking you are stupid or doing something wrong. They just need to laugh at you. Also, if you stay there for just 5 minutes, you realize that they treat all patients with contempt. As for my doctor, Doctor González Fernández, I have not been happy at all. I needed some prescriptions that she didn't want to give me and, instead of telling me clearly, she told me to make an appointment at a hospital because, according to her, she couldn't prescribe them for me. I go to work one day and go to that hospital, but there they tell me that they don't do them, that family doctors are in charge of that, and that if my doctor hasn't done them for me, it's because she didn't want to. After this mishap, I try to contact my health center to talk to my doctor and tell them (I know she is not going to prescribe them to me, but at least I tell her), which is impossible for me because they do not answer the phone. If I make an appointment, of course I won't have it for 15 days, and I need the prescriptions now.

Servicio lamentable.

(Translated by Google) An embarrassment of attention by the administrative staff. COVID patient calls by phone to manage a sick leave (after having been given only two days without COVID sick leave due to the protocol of the pyromaniac Ayuso). When she gets an answer, they tell her that she has to go in the afternoon, that they don't leave a message for her doctor because it's late, and they even refuse to give her an emergency appointment. Can the management of this center do something about this complaint? It is a shame.
