We took a 2hr "Madrid Panorámico" tour a week ago and it was one of the highlights of our whole trip to Madrid, that we still talk about! The tour was very easy to book in the morning, 3 hrs before we actually took it. Most importantly José was superb. His knowledge, professionalism, warmth and humour made it a memorable experience. He was fluent on the tour in both English and Spanish which was exactly what we had requested. We appreciated so much more about Madrid from his excellent insights into the history of Madrid and Spain. His passion and love for the history came through in a contagious way! Also because the Tuk Tuk is fully electric, they have access to pedestrianised small streets that you cannot do in a motorised tour, so you gain lots of different perspectives you wouldn't normally see... We booked two tuk tuks last minute with TU TUKTUK after we were let down by a different company, so we were grateful for the quick solution. However, we were promised two tuk tuks with two English speaking tour guides and only one of them actually spoke English... Thankfully I know Spanish and was able to translate for my family. Another negative point was that we spent at least 12 minutes of the 1hour tour in tunnels which I thought was outrageous, we're literally paying by the minute.
