Very overrated and overpriced. The thai iced tea was ok. The passion fruit iced drink didn't taste like anything. The matcha mochi was bland and melted in my hand. The red bean dorayaki was ok. I don't think we'll be going back

Great service. That is very important for me. Patiently explaining and asking what I can choose. Always someone who speaks English: bonus point. I love their Classic Milk Tea. They also have this card which u can accumulate and then get a free drink: another bonus point. I think I prefer this than Wowble. What do u think?

Very good bubble tea. The lady gives you good advice about flavours and what goes together. You can also order how much sugar you want in it. I do recommend this place for nice Bubble tea.

There was such a long queue outside, we couldn't wait to get our bubble tea and the reviews look great. Unfortunately, many items on the menu weren't available so you had to make a last minute quick decision when you were finally at the counter. Truthfully, the bubble tea was not that tasty and not too many pearls either. They definitely need to stock up on more ingredients.

I love n only order taro yum whenever I come here, to Chinese or Asian ppl it might be a little sweet but it just suits my taste ❤️. My sister only drink classic milk tea n it has a stronger tea flavor as she likes it that way, we have very different tastes but we all like zenzoo . However, they only have one store near plaza mayor n its somewhat small.

Somehow the cashier was very mad and treated us bad. We ordered something but they said it's not available so we had only two options it was "Island Mango" since I love Mango so much I thought it would taste good but the taste wasn't even Mango I'm wondering if the workers know what they doing even, horrible. Plus the place is so small.

Very delicious boba milk tea and drinks in the center of Madrid! The indoor decorations are lovely, and the flavours are amazing. There is a variety of toppings on offer. I highly recommend you to try their Thai Milk Tea, which is also a best-seller. The other one looks pretty, but tastes like lemonade.

Been there twice during the trip. Nice place to have bubble tea. I ordered matcha flavor. They have 4 or 5 level of sugar option. If you order matcha it is better to go for the high level of sweetest (4 or 5) or else it gonna bitter.

The shop is really small but cozy. You order a drink, choose your topping and how sweet you want it to be. For the sweetest I recommend doing normal, since we got medium and it was bitter because of the tea. I got the pink lemonade with strawberry popping boba, a bit of ice and medium sweetness. It was great for my liking since it wasn’t too sweet or sour. My sister got the Blossom Berry also with strawberry popping boba and medium sweetness. She didn’t really enjoy it since it was really bitter. In general I really recommend it since you can customize your drink and there are many different flavors to try.

The bubbles had no taste (tapioca) and they were too chewy! Also too sweet. Otherwise cute place with normal price.

Brilliant service. I had a bubble tea that was pomegranate and was quite delicious. The thing I wanted to highlight was the dango which I would have to rate 6 stars absolutely delicious

Had the matcha boba with popping yogurt boba. It was delicious and they adjusted the sugar levels to my liking! Be careful with the cardboard straw, it may burst the boba open 😂 Overall loved the boba and would definitely recommend and go back!

Not a lot of bubble milk tea in Madrid so taste wise ok. But the staffs do not really understand less sugar / less sweet. Ok to try if you are craving for one.

really good boba! I got the taro yum, and it was one of the best taros I’ve had (speaking as someone who gets boba very often). the cashier was super friendly and recommended 30% sugar on it, which was really helpful for someone like me who is sensitive to too much sugar.

Oh my god this is the best taro bubble tea I tried in Europe, I'm living in netherlands for 3 years i never taste good bubble tea in here, when i go to madrid i see this shop have good reviews, so when i go there in the morning around 10 o'clock they not open yet, second time i try again around 1 o'clock they open, and it's really the best bubble tea I tried, is worth to go there. Please open more early around 10 o'clock because a lot of people already coming early to there to take churros so after that they can buy bubble tea also

Good bubble Tea but the milk seemed to be powder milk and it wasn’t mixed so well (for matcha bubble Tea) Blue fairytale was very good!

What a cute little place! Great bubble tea, the taro was yummy. You can have it hot or cold and also frozen.

Taste good, the boba texture also perfect. Just the comment about the paper straw you can smell and taste the paper.

Had Yuzu tea with sago. Really delicious, was going to ask for mango toppings but the kind barista told me it would taste much better with sago and I'm glad i went with her suggestion. Best iced tea I've ever had, if you like orange/lemon and anything citrus-y you'll love it.

I was very excited for bubble tea and my experience at this place was quite average. I was a bit disappointed they didn’t have coconut milk and the coconut taro milk tea just wasn’t as amazing as I hoped. I’ll definitely go back to try some fruit teas though as they looked really good.

I LOVE ZENZOO! I visited it a few years back for a summer school trip to Spain and it blew me away! Want a good drink? Starfruit milk tea with cherry bobba because it tastes just like cherry cheesecake! When I went back to America I carried their business cards around for years lol Quality place and service that stole my heart! Also, if you aren’t a tea person, which I am not anymore, I had friends order milkshakes here that were top quality and to die for in taste and beauty!! Don’t miss out!!!!
