I am very pleased with the result of my eye surgery! My lenses were not strong enough to undergo LASIK, so Dr Casado offered me the SmartSurfACE treatment. I was concerned that this would cause me pain over the following days, but it only caused minor discomfort for two days following the surgery. One month after the operation, I can see much better than when wearing contact lenses. The staff were all really friendly and made sure that you knew what was going on. Special thanks to Mariajosé!

I highly recommend! I put off lasik for 10+ years because I couldn't find an affordable and top class place. I'm SO happy I found vision10. It was one of the best decisions I made. Only downside is when I came for my consultation, I was there 4.5 hours. The consultation takes a while because of all the tests, but I was Just waiting to be seen for HOURS. BUT now I have great vision, no pain, and still have follow up appointments 3 months later to make sure everything is perfect.

I had LASIK operation here 3 months ago, and i got recovered quite normal. In the first two weeks after operation, my eyes got very dry and feel not that comfortable, after two weeks, i felt much better with less drops of artifitial tears. In the 3 months, some times one of my eyes got blurred sight after i woke up but it can recover after several hours. overall speaking, i am very satisfied with this operation and doctor Daniel helpped a lot.

One of the first things that stood out about Vision 10 was the multitude of positive reviews. It made me feel very confident in entrusting them with my eyes. Now I want to leave a review of my experience in hopes that I will help someone else make a life changing decision. I got the Lasik surgery 10 days ago and I am 10/10 happy with my experience. From start to finish, the staff and doctors were very attentive. Post surgery I could whatsapp Dr. Casado if I had queries or concerns. This extra layer of patient care gave me a peace of mind. The thought of having eye surgery can be overwhelming, but the staff at Vision 10 were patient, calm, and thorough. The biggest thing about this surgery is calming your nerves down and they gave me an anti-anxiety pill. I also found that humming during the process helped my mind to relax. The process is painless because they use anesthesia (eye drops). You feel nothing. Like I said the hardest part is quieting your mind because fear can be so powerful. I trusted the doctors, hummed my song and listened to/followed their instructions. The procedure lasted about 30 minutes, probably less since I couldn’t track the time. I could immediately see clearly out of my right eye even before I left the surgery table. My left eye took a day to stop being blurry, but these side effects are normal. The healing process is also not bad. It felt like I had a dry contact in my eye (not painful but dry and annoying). The eye drops bring a lot of relief especially when I put them in the fridge (recommended by Dr. Casado). I couldn’t look at digital screens for the first 3 days, but on the fourth day I felt 90% better. Blue light blocking glasses have been great for my healing eyes. They also have a lot of quality stylish polarized sunglasses (see photo) on sale which made my healing process so much better. By the 7th day (see photo) I was basically back to normal. Now I feel great. I just have to use the drops to avoid my eyes getting dry. I believe that this dryness is normal for the first 1/2 months. Overall I’m completely satisfied with Vision 10 and I recommend them to anyone ready to ditch glasses and contacts. P. S. It was super affordable!!

I came to this clinic after horrible experience in one of the clinics located on Calle Velazquez. Let me tell you. This doctor, people, clinic - just amazing. I’ve had the best experience there. I was very scared and they’ve helped me so much. Another clinic I went to was more expensive but much worse in attention to clients, professionalism.. but this clinic - Visiondiez - made my dreams come true. Dr Cassado performed LASIK surgery on my eyes. I had high Myopia (-5.25 and -5.75) and had larger than average Pupils, meaning the optical zone was 8.10mm and 8.20mm. The Laser used was the Schwind Amaris Excimer Laser, which was state of the art and made the surgery safe and possible. What has amazed me is the level of aftercare i have received. Dr Cassado has been in constant contact to ensure the recovery process is succesful, by phone and by WhatsApp. For anyone looking to get LASIK, there is no better place than Visiondiez. Highly recommend.

I want to express my experience with Visiondiez of which I am very content with so far: I went to Visióndiez Plaza de España with my girlfriend because she had chronic issues with her eyes that laser alone couldn't fix so a intraocular surgery had to be done. The staff was very helpful, patient and did all the checks for multiple hours to be sure of all the details then the surgery was scheduled the next week so no time was wasted I want to emphasize on Doctor Casado great professionalism that gave us all the details of the intra-ocular surgery that took place which was a success. We had revisions in the same day of the surgery then others to follow the next days, he gave us his personal number to contact him at any time if we have concerns/doubts, and also he called us home just to check in on how the situation is. My experience with this office has been amazing! I am a student from the USA studying in Madrid for a few months. I have had a very bad sty for 3 weeks and it would not go away.
