First of all please read the negative comments first properly which are genuine and not the got 5 star rated comments which are fake. Please don't be a fool like me and visit the place just because of reading the good ones. Ambience: Just fine but I am not sure why the prices are so much just for a normal restaurant. The average price of the items are near to 300. Food: I will not say the food was bad, it's good but not so wow as people have explained which you can get better in other nearby places such as Bathinda junction. Behaviour: For this I may have to right an essay believe me it was horrible experience. One of the family rushed out of the restaurant because of such a great person working here. Food serve time: My goodness you may have to wait for enternal days or have to fight with them to get sooner (less than 30mins only). Overall if you have a great patience, great positive mind and ample of money to waste, Then you must visit this place to put a test on yourself.

I visited this branch of Delhi’s one of the oldest restaurants since 1920 to try some North Indian cuisine. The ambiance is nice, seats are comfy and quite family friendly. You might find a waiting here on weekends. We started with some soya chaap and masala papad. Soya chaap tasted really good. But the main highlight was Daal Bukhara in the main course. It was quite rich in taste. Paneer Butter Masala tasted average though. We finished with some Gulab Jamun but they were very average. Overall, I found the place a good option for North Indian cuisine.

Okay just an ok place with great vibe and Ambience but just very average food taste. Hated their platter - worst platter I have ever eaten. Not even one thing was tasty Music was stopping and playing from youtube like they had bad internet day or something so just stop it guys? The ambience and hygiene were key things here. Prices were reasonable and quantity and quality was good. Ordered tandoori veg platter which were tasty and enough to finish our dinner 😀 Ordered aloo parota which was tastier and quantity was sufficient for two. Service charges were added to the bill which make sure everyone there will be treated equally. Definitely a must visit place if you are around hsr.

We visited this place only because the tagline suggests Delhi’s famous restaurant, but this restaurant was beyond disappointing. The service took eons to deliver our food and water. It wasn’t even heavily crowded, we had to follow up multiple times just to get some warm water, and this was for a baby! Delayed service. Food taste was average. I ordered missi roti, vegetable kofta, butter roti, phulka and lassi. All were over priced. Missi roti didn’t taste like it should, it felt bland. Vegetable kofta had just 2 pieces, for 6 people in the table. When I mentioned it, they said it’s 3 pieces - and all they did is cut one of the pieces into half and said this is 3. Lassi was average, was very watery for a price like inr 150 or so! The handwashing warm water bowl didn’t have lemon in it, which is generally a norm that every restaurant offers; I am not sure if I was expecting more on this. All in all very bad experience. Due to this we didn’t even opt to eat desserts here.

Food was very tasty . Good and quick service . Do not order tawa chicken. Tandoori chicken is the best . Rotis are soft and yummy . Gulab jamun was the best

Not recommended at all. Poor tatse and unhygienic food found. Ordered Chicken Manchow Soup in Apitizer, Chicken Seekh Kabab and Finger Fries in Starter, Jaipur Chiken (as recommended by attendent) with Garlic nan, I didn't found the good tate in either also disappointed with unhygiene. Can't expect such experience from an Indian food chain brand like Moti mahal.

Taste is good, Service they provide is professional bit pricey but manageable do visit to taste some good food. Suggestion- Tandoori chicken, Biriyani

Okayish place with some overpriced food. While it’s nice to taste good North Indian food here, but pricing is off the charts. We also ordered kebabs n the dish came with bones. Service was good. the store didn’t accept the Dineout payments despite it being part of the discount offers. Quite sad!

Cockroach was found in the food item. Raised the concerned multiple time with the owner.. but they were not bothered to take this into concern. Faced a little health issue due to this.. Such a worst response from the management. Concerned person Promised to check it from their level but after 2 days they denied responding to calls n msg stating they have already undergone pest control.

It is located in a very nice location of HSR layout, just beside the road. It has parking spot available in front of the restaurant, but is on the road. Now coming to its atmosphere and food. Great food quality and quantity with great taste. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also quite good for family gatherings. It is also very much kids friendly. Definitely try their Soya Chaap preparations and Chicken Lababdar.

Good restaurant, and great food. I ordered for soup and burg malai tikka. They customised according to my spicy preference. The staffs were too courteous and well spoken. Thanks to Mr Rinku who was very courteous with our requests.

We visited Moti Mahal deluxe on weekend. Ambience is so good, staff behaviour is so friendly & food was so tasty & delicious. Service is good, served with in 10 minutes. Food was so tasty & delicious. Lot of options in both Veg & nonveg. Do visit with your family & friends.

Another Quality restaurant in terms of Food and service. In starters we tried Chilli Chicken which was crispy and yummy. We heard the Chicken Butter masala is famous here, we tried it and it was decent. Butter Naan was soft and nice. Veg kadai wasn't that good, I would rate it average, may be other veg options would be better. Drinks like Lassi was not that great but yea average. Last but not the least Golab Jamun was complimentary,so that was fun.

The food is really good. Just one thing. The cream of mushroom soup is sweet which is kind of weird. One of the waiters over here has a beautiful voice and he was kind enough to entertain us with some live music. He was also helpful in taking my aged grandfather outside after we were done.

Went for lunch with family over the weekend. Although there was a bit of waiting time, it was well worth the wait. Prashanth took very good care of us. Service was decently fast and taste was pretty good. We tried Fish finger, Khuska rice, Butter chicken and butter naan.

The food was good as well as the service.The price is little above the normal but it's ok as the brand has good impression in Delhi.The achari chicken tikka is authentic and as similar to it's own other outlets.The chicken Lababdar was also right at the point (not too sweet not too spicy). The staffs were friendly and the order was served fast. And as always at the end I always ask at every restaurant if the service tax is compulsory and I like to hear the answer and they were honest (optional) but still i was ok as they were good.Just I couldnot try the soya Chaap.. 😊😊

Not a great experience, disappointed service. Looks like they r never serve a big group of people. However, food is good but don't know if it's Delhi standard. Prawns also not fresh i hope they will provide fresh fish in future

Great food. Being a vegetarian, was sceptical to eat with family. But the menu is awesome. The service is good and the taste is nice, totally recommend for veggies also!!!

Was looking for a good restaurant close to hsr with north Indian cuisine and then found this place! Good food and ambience. Will recommend for those who are craving for rotis and butter chicken.

The place is fab... the food is awesome ..probably one of the best places to have North Indian food. The host is warm and welcoming and the service is superb....

Food was good.

I visited just before the closing time of the restaurant, around 11:10 PM, and ordered a full meal from starters to main course. Apart from few items being out of stock, we were served everything even after the restaurant was closed, and kudos to the staff for being polite. The food was authentic and awesome.

I shifted from Delhi to Bangalore but the taste of Moti Mahal's Chicken tikka remained same.

Moti Mahal Delux, is a good north indian food brand but its HSR branch is worst in term of food and service. a) There food quantity and taste is sub standard. b) Naan was like rubber and cold. c) Panner Tikka Masala was burnt and they had added a lemon wedge ( inside curry) which cause the food to taste sour, when asked they say it is for garnishing. d) In bill they will add 10% Service charge which you have to ask to remove. Overall worst experience.

It was my first time there and was a good experience. Food was tasty. Went with family and friends. Very less or no options for spicy food lovers. Enjoyed the 2+1 offer on mocktails. Overall it was a good and satisfactory experience. The big Bukhara pic below, which we 4 were unable to finish.

Good north indian place for both veg and non-veg dishes. The ambiance is good. The service is very good. We ordered veg Manchow Soup, chilly panneer, aloo jeera, vegetable curry, rotis and naans. The food was very good and the spice level was just right as we ordered medium.. Parking is an issue and you need to find parking on a side road. Overall good place

5 stars for food and zero stars for service and atmosphere, that makes it 2 stars overall. They kept us waiting for 15 mins to take the first order. The place is short staffed. The menu is available on scanning but you cannot order from it. Realising how pathetic their service was, they gave gazar ka halwa as complementary but even that felt stale.

Not satisfied with the Service & Food. Service was much delayed and most of the ordered items are not cooked properly. especially Mutton starter. Not worth waiting here for a table and having food. Never recommended for families. Note:- Lots of disturbance inside the restaurant & overrated pricing.

Very bad service. We ordered half butter chicken which was if whopping Rs 400/-.It had only 2-3 chicken pieces and that too with bone. Also the atmosphere is no where near to fine dine. The place is small and always there is lot of disturbance.

Not worth the high cost. They don't even serve curd with parantha for that cost, it's extra(chargeable). Washroom was worst and Water unavailability added up to it. No water at the Hand wash as well. Food quantity and quality was worth half the price! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to impractically heavy pricing. Incident happened at Moti Mahal HSR layout. People here don't care when you are not more than 3 people. I had ordered veg Kali Mirch soup but the guy got me chicken Kali Mirch. And unfortunately I didn't notice in the beginning, after I had some sips I felt it's something different. How can someone do this mistake on the planet I don't understand. Apparently guy tried convencing me that I had ordered non vegetarian soup, hahaha the problem with these restaurants is that not serving food but instead serve something and make money. It's completely shame on the brand name Moti Mahal, that such incidents happen even with such good brand names. I agree, this restaurant is mainly for non-vegetarian folks, but then such restaurants should stop serving vegetarian dishes at all I feel. Be careful people who are vegetarians, question when you see something is not correct in the dishes being served.

We went in with 10 people hospatorily was good. Taste was acceptable but cost was not so . In middle one of our college encountered a cockroach in kulcha the answer was every week they do post control so it feel on batter n they served . Though not convincing we had to complete our lunch. Approxmaritly it was 5k including veg n non veg .

Starters are a must try. Main course should be avoided - specially breads as they are normally served burnt
