This Bata showroom at Sungam is well stocked and the service is good. Parking is limited.

Show room is good. Neat and clean . Products are displayed very well. But sales people are inexperienced. They don't show the varieties unless we ask.

One of the worst store in coimbatore. Don't bother visiting them cause no one will attend to you. The billing executive as well as the sales executive don't bother to help you out. If you ask for different colour or size, they'll start mumbling something. And the best part is you can never redeem your bata reward points in this store. No matter if you visit 10times for rewarding your points, they'll come up with fancy excuses to not allow you to redeem your points. If there was a 0 star I would have definitely given it but unfortunately it's not there. But I can assure you that you are better off buying from Someother bata store than this pathetic one.

Good shop on the main road. Able to choose and close the shopping within 10minutes. Quick service. Visited by 3.30pm in the afternoon.

Worst serice by the store manager, a bald guy with a black tshirt was literally not responding to customers with worst attitude, he was even behaving rudly with the kids arounf not to go arounf as the walkin counts in front of the store. When we asked u do u behave like this with kids he says if ur interested buy here or leave this place we don't mind even if u don't buy. Bata products are good but having these kind of worst attitude guys in showroom will surely bring the brand down. Please don't visit this store rather buy from any other bata store. Again repeating a bald buy clean shaved calls himself the manager of he is arond don't even take a chance to walk in. Worst service.
