    Depends on the house owner.E1 house was worst experience for us. There was a faucet (Tap) leaking 24/7. Worst Flushes and Drainage got stuck monthly once. No response from the apartment manager (not even once) , no direct contact with house owner and security will never take up responsibility to talk on behalf. Overall we spent thousands each month , yet couldn't invite even a family member to our house, embarrass ing moments . Drainage blocks and water will come to bedroom ,hall and till main door. Rent it at your risk if so, be ready to empty your pockets for the never Maintained Drainage and plumbing systems.
