Typical lunch home.. Spl meals at 130 rs at AC hall.. Small cup of soup, vadai, Payasam, special vegetable and Chappati are the extra items provided in Spl meals. Service was very friendly.. I felt the food lacked one punch salt in all dishes.. But a good to go old eatery place which served only meals for lunch.. They dont provide bf or dinner. Use Google maps for location as it's bit inside from main road.

The cost of the meals is reasonable,Rs.120/-. They give unlimited rice with smiling face. Soup,Dhall with ghee, Sambar with ghee, two koottu and poriyal, puli kolambu, rasam, Curd, Paayasam, butter milk, appalam, chilli vathhal and vadai are supplied without any restriction except appalam and Paayasam. There's no parking facility for the vehicles. Because of the tasty food, good service and reasonable price, it's a good place to dine with family.

Happy to review one of the best family restaurants in Madurai. I had lunch here today, felt like it is cooked in our home kitchen. The service was excellent one after another they keep serving the required (in some restaurants even though you ask they never server properly and this hotel is exceptional). AC and Non-AC services are available. 120 rupees in non-ac and they provide veggies apart from the menu for which they are charging 20 rupees. For kids they are charging only 60. This adds more value.if you get a chance do visit and enjoy the best food. Kudos to the people those who are serving here for their excellent service with smile and patience.

Been here twice with 4 years gap but happy to visit again. Taste, quality and variety is great. Quality of service is excellent. They have token system for lunch and also have AC floor with different price. Its absolutely worth a visit and experience.

Must go place for tourist especially the North Indians who want to try the tamil food or tamil thali. They have both non ac and ac hall. The atmosphere of this ac hall was very good and they have a very wonderful serving staff. I was there with my family and I was waited there 5 minutes for the table but that worth it. The serving staff is so good they told us about each and curry names present in the thali and they insisted us to have more food. The owner of this place is also gentleman. We paid 680 for 4 person that should be 170 for each person.

It is very difficult to find a restaurant which serves good food and at the same time with an adequate quantity of veggies. The service was very good. They keep watching and anything u finish will be filled. They had a small vessel for soup which is a highlight. At the price of 120 rs, soup, appalam, 3 veggies with parupu, sambar, kaarakulambu, thayir, payasam and moor is tummy filling lunch.

Best vegetarian meals on plantain leaf. Courteous staff and serve with compassion. Was able to overcome the language barrier to get the needed side dishes on this unlimited meal. Located at a walkable distance from Meenakshi temple and from Chennai silks showroom. Highly recommended

It's a full meal type option with all the dishes being light and easy on the stomach,mild flavours compelling the diner to savour each variety to its full extent. Visited this restaurant for lunch after searching and reading reviews on Google. Got token for veg meals for 110 rs on the ground floor. If you have to opt for first floor, then you get extra items such as chapathi, extra poriyal, etc. It was a great meal, feels like home made, very mellow and filling. Would highly recommend.

Full meals Rs 110 charge, take away price RS 120, special meals which will have 1 chappathi and 1 more vegetable along with regular meals menu. Special meals is served in AC hall. Regular meals in non AC hall. Staffs are very experienced and polite. They serve the food like we have it at our house. The service is also very quick. I rate this mess 4 star.

We went there seeing amazing reviews and chose this over sree sabarees. We bought the special meels for 170/- . We got served tomato soup which is just watery tomato rasam. Everything was very dilute, bland and tasteless. Kurma for chapati just yellow liquid no taste nothing. Everything additional has to be bought in the counter be podi and ghee or extra chapati. Atleast the servers take money and got them for us. Patient food would taste better. If you are thinking of going to this place reconsider your options (sree sabarees, Anna Meenakshi, cinnammal and ganga gowri)
