First
of
all,
the
view
is
amazing.
I
think
you
can
enjoy
it
whether
you
go
during
the
day
or
at
night.
The
interior
is
high-end,
which
is
what
people
are
looking
for
these
days,
but
it
feels
more
luxurious
than
glittery,
with
a
homely
feel
(fabric,
wood,
etc.
are
used
rather
than
metal).
I
can't
say
that
the
cost
performance
is
good
in
terms
of
price,
but
of
course
it's
high
class
food
and
I
don't
think
it's
too
expensive.
All
portions
are
small
and
of
good
quality.
If
you
want
a
larger
portion,
we
recommend
choosing
a
higher
priced
course
with
many
items.
I
also
liked
the
fact
that
they
called
me
over
the
phone
to
ask
if
there
was
anything
I
didn't
like
the
day
before.
The
dishes
are
visually
pleasing,
with
unfamiliar
ingredients
and
cooking
methods.
Lunch
for
two,
including
alcohol,
cost
about
35,000
yen.
The
reason
for
the
3
stars
is
that
I
was
forced
to
watch
the
owner,
a
foreign
chef,
come
directly
into
the
hall
and
have
long
conversations
with
only
foreign
customers.
It
can't
be
helped
that
there
is
a
language
barrier,
but
they
don't
talk
to
Japanese
customers
at
all,
and
only
have
long
conversations
with
Western
customers
(without
even
greeting
them).
While
I
thought
the
friendly
atmosphere
was
nice,
it
was
a
bit
distracting
to
see
a
chef
in
a
high-end
restaurant
only
speaking
to
foreigners.
However,
as
mentioned
above,
there
is
a
good
balance
between
a
homely
atmosphere
and
a
sense
of
luxury,
so
perhaps
the
restaurant
is
free
to
do
so.
While
thinking
this,
I
feel
like
there
are
better
places
to
eat
in
Japan.
I
gave
it
3
stars
for
that
reason.
