I haven't even been at the doctor's yet, as I am sitting in the waiting room for 3,5h now. I'm in severe pain which keeps progressively getting worse. I was told that the waiting time would be "up to 2 hours" for 15 people before me. Now, after 3,5h, i kindly asked how many people there are left before me and it's SEVEN. I don't know what exactly is going so awfully wrong here but people are not coming here for fun and the staff doesn't seem to bother.

very awful service waited almost 6hrs to get my turn although i was having very high fever then did a covid test and tested positive but haven't received any sms yet as they said I will receive it soon but it's been more than 24hrs now as i have to submit it at my workplace also they don't receive any phone calls although the line is ringing. I dont recommend this health center

Fantastic experience. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful - so helpful, friendly and kept us up to date. we hope she’s reading this, actually, as it was her 40th birthday the next day (10 September 2021) and with all the stress of a broken wrist we realised later we had left without wishing her a happy birthday. If you are reading this, then we hope you had a wonderful birthday, and thank you for the work you do!

You have to wait ages for emergency room service and than it turns they don't even have EKG and send you to hospital 20 km away. This is total disaster

The young female doctor is rude and poorly trained. Avoid this place at all costs.

As a foreigner I had no issues here. Unfortunately you have to wait a lot (3 hours average) but for basic needs they help you a lot.

Clean and modern building and very friendly and professional staff. Short waiting time to be seen. Thank you!

Precisei de ir para as urgências com o meu namorado e liguei para saber os tempos de espera da urgência já que em nenhum lado há essa informação na internet. Não me atendem Enviei e-mail a pedir que me informassem sobre isso para poder preparar as coisas e irmos para o sitío mais adequado, estive a manhã na universidade e só cheguei há pouco a casa para preparar para ir, com uma resposta no e-mail "não podemos dar essa informação"... É uma vergonha, serviço mau e não há apoio nenhum. Quem recusa este tipo de informação não devia estar em serviços deste tipo.
