Just to add, the staff conned my sister of 70,000ksh but after literally storming into their office they found the dude and he gave back the money. I understand why there's no people here. If they don't change those moody inexperienced receptionists, this place is going to be deserted as always

Wow you want to feel like a king in his Palace..this is the place to be... The best place for a family because it feels like home... If you want privacy this it the place to be ..you have a villa.. It's near the beach you don't have to struggle to acc access the beach..

Awesome place for family vacation, baecations, group of friends and alot more in store if you visit the place. 4 minute walk to the beach. Located in south coast, a nice place to have fun and be away for some time. Come enjoy good deals for the holidays. Such an awesome place.

Amazing moonlight at the beach.. and sunsets.. I was mostly by myself - not many people - cool breeze as well. If anything visit this place for the beach.

Fairly okay for the price. Mostly privately owned villas so mostly at the mercy of the check-in staff and available rooms. Book early and direct with Villa. The thrift shop is handy though 100-200% more costly. The environment is awesome and the daily morning and evening beach walls are most relaxing. Unfortunately one lavatory was out of order (smelly) and could not lock completely. The other continously leaked but was fixed on our last night. If you can, check the villa before committing to stay. Generally based on the high season and walk-in a day earlier, it could have been better if they found the key for the villa we booked!

The villas are the worst. Wouldn't recommend anybody to go spend there. Accommodation has run down completely. Acs don't work, fans rotate at snail's pace, beddings are of poor quality. Pools and general walk ways are clean and well maintained.

Karibuni villas is home to about 300 villas holiday homes, most of the owners do not live in Kenya, but come for holiday whenever they choose. They are managed for them. Very close to the beach, you can walk early morning, before the sun gets hot, you need to wear a cap to protect your face from the hot sun. Ambience good, two swimming pools on site and other games. Very neat garden lawns, green bushy flowers for serenity. Staff Very friendly and service not very bad. Accessible through Malindi Airport about 30 km. You can also use the train but that means you alight in Mombasa and travellers rest by road, a couple of hours though. You could use this opportunity to site see . Highly recommended for a visit. Some of the villas are up for sale.

I really enjoyed my stay there. Most especially the pool area. When you visit the place I would recommend villa 110
