    I was happy to hear that a Starbucks was opening as there is a lack of options locally but unfortunately the location is not one of better ones. Poor customer service. Even when quiet you can wait a bit before you are acknowledged or helped. Once served it can then take more than reasonable time before the coffee is ready. As for the coffee it now seems to always taste bitter - wish they cleaned the coffee machine. I keep hoping it will get better but no. Sadly might have to give it a miss in future.

    Sunday, 23rd July! 6:30am. I’m not one to leave reviews ever but the service this morning was unbelievably rude, the attitude of the two women working is actually shocking! No facilities stocked at all and apparently out, couldn’t heat up hot food, the older lady actually looked noticeably angry when I asked for a spoon to stir in my sugar. Shocking and very unwelcoming very surprising as the service here is usually amazing!

    Ordered a Grande oat milk matcha latte and the cup had no density when I received it. wasn't even full and was all froth. Definitely not worth the £3.95 for it. Not going back here and wouldn't recommend

    Having visited this place 3 times (in the hope it can only get better) I have given up and won’t be going back. The staff haven’t a clue about customer service (not their fault if they’re not trained), the drinks are not drinkable and the cakes sadly lacking. Tonight we arrived for a relaxing coffee at 730 only to be told they shut at 8pm despite being advertised as open until 9pm. We were reluctantly allowed to sit down on the edge of the seating area (that was completely empty and closed off) but then the staff were reminding us we had to leave by 8pm. Will be going back to the tried and tested Costa.

    Had a lovely visit and Barista Leah couldnt help anymore if she tried. Recommended a perfect iced coffee and will deffinately be coming back to try other recommendation by Leah. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

    I have been to Starbuck for many many years, the place is lovely and will organised, yet some staff are not really qualified and has poor attitudes, I work nearby so I came often, every time I order Flat white, but they never do it properly, they serve it like Late, not sure if they were not trained or just not bothered. to be fair at the beginning some staff are friendly and professional , but in my last three visit I was never served the Flat white as I asked. This is the firs time I give 1 star for Starbucks .

    Going to give up going here. I used the drive through, repeated wrong orders. Today the order was right but I paid for a venti, not a cup full of froth. Seems like this is a regular occurrence here looking at other reviews. The girl at the window was lovely. The fella making coffees always looks like he's being forced to work on a chain gang and by the drink I got obviously cba.

    It’s say online that this is open until 9pm on a Saturday night, I went at 8pm- it’s not, it was closed. I went back this morning, ordered a Venti Hot Chocolate with Peppermint Syrup, and the same order but Tall- after 20 minutes, I received a Grande and a Tall (paid for a Venti!). The Grande tasted of coconut milk- good job I am not allergic. The girl making the drinks was clearly overwhelmed (not her fault- I felt awful for her) as the drive-thru orders were being pushed ahead of all the other orders (she mentioned to the team that she did not know which order was which!) and the girl who was taking the orders inside was just not listening; a lot of bickering behind the counter, just awkward. The woman before me had to keep reiterating her order after receiving the wrong one twice; there was no way I was waiting around to get them to correct mine. You’d be just as well going to the machine in the garage, if you want your drink in a hurry. The inside is lovely though, and nice and warm.

    I love the professionalism of the staff. You get a pleasant greeting instead of a 'what's your order' as with others like KFC or McDonald's. If they're missing something you've asked for they tell you it's not in stock without the double negative usually spat out by the staff of the other two previously mentioned drive thrus. It's refreshing to hear staff who really care about your order. Thank you Starbucks!

    Drive in 11 deep. Queue for counter service 8 deep. 5 dirty tables. Looks nice but not fair on staff who are working flat out . Coffee good. Always let down by this

    Awful, was in this morning 11:30, 3 people on drive through, asked in store for a coffee and was told “I’m too busy you,ll have to wait” queue in shop and left waiting for a good 10 mins. Awful customer service.

    Absolutely appalled by the staff there , first no manner when I am trying to order stood miserable and snapping at me second wrong order handed out which is fine everyone makes mistakes but when I politely came over and said “sorry I think you have given me someone else’s order” their response was “just drink it it’s still coffee” . Thirdly there where women staff members and a manger behind the counter glaring at me and saying “ew what a slag” as I was there with my new born son, I understand that I am a new mum but to say that to a customer is atrocious then continuing to say I have an ugly baby… this whole experience left me running out the store crying , diminishing my self esteem and now not wanting to be seen in public. Will not be comming back to Starbucks I just can’t believe the staff are able to get away with this !

    I'm kind of new to using Starbucks for anything more than a coffee via the drive through. Yesterday I wanted some breakfast so picked the porridge which comes with, so it says, "a choice of toppings". I asked what the options were and was given a list. I chose what I wanted and ordered a normal grande latte. Porridge then came with honey (not what I ordered) and my coffee had the syrup that I was expecting on the porridge🤢. I hate flavoured coffee. This follows a lot of the other reviews I've read for this site - staff are not listening to, or understanding, what their customers want. Apart from that, venue is good and clean (although I feel all Starbucks toilets are disgusting or close there to), well layed out and in a good location. No queue (hmmmm🤔)

    Ordered a Java Chip frappachino (my favourite drink) it came looking very milky and not brown like normal so I tasted it and told the guy it wasn’t correct, but insisted it was right. Made me another which was worse then the first one. Him acting like Iv never bought this drink before from many different stores. Fuming Iv paid £5 for a terrible drink. Such miserable staff.

    I feel cheated twice. I bought a tall cappuccino and instead of coffee I only got foam. From the very beginning I felt that something was wrong because my cup was extremely light.. after 5 small sips I almost finished my drink. I will never visit this cafe again

    I live around the corner from this Starbucks and visit at least twice a week but I won’t be going anymore. Every member of staff is always miserable and never offer a smile or say hello. I’ve worked in customer service all my life and a smile goes a long way. I appreciate it can be a stressful job when it’s 6 deep at the counter and the drive thru is full but snarling your customers is unprofessional and makes them feel uncomfortable. Especially when you are paying nearly £6 for a coffee!!

    I love starbucks coffee spending around 30 a week. I used to visit this store at least 3 times a week with it being my local until recently when my partner ordered a strawberry acai with no ice as she has texture issues due to autism. Instead, she asked for added lemonade. When collecting her drink, it was less than half full. Even customers waiting for their drinks commented saying "it's not even half full" . My partner then went over and asked one of the unhappy/rude employees if they could top it up with lemonade as she only didn't have ice due to autism they looked at her and told her no. She paid over £5 for a few sips of a drink as I'm sure you will understand because she struggles with communication she left feeling upset and completely ripped off. The staff there aren't the friendliest at the best of times but this was a complete other level. Poor service/rude staff/ always getting drinks wrong and then behave irritated when you ask for a replacement even though you're spending £5+ each drink. Messaged head office but still no reply.

    Unfortunately, I have to update my review. What I witnessed today, lunchtime 9th Jan 2023 was appalling customer service. A frail elderly couple (both with mobility frames) & their disabled daughter or granddaughter were told they could not bring their therapy dog into the building (after already sitting down)by the I assume "manager". If that wasn't bad enough a customer then stated it was disgusting behaviour l to another member of staff only to be sworn at! Serious management and customer service issues.

    Mostly use the drive thru - 9 times out of 10 they get my drink wrong, give me a latte instead of a mocha. Complete different drinks. Even though it clearly says M on the cup.

    Going there sometimes to get a hot chocholate on my work break as I love Starbucks hot chocholate. Had some issues with my apply pay today. The staff there always amazing. But would like to say a big thank you to the girl who was serving me today, it was around 16.05, she was very understanding and helpful. Great service.

    Fabulous that we've now got a Starbucks nearby! Staff lovely, very clean and following all the covid rules. Lovely place to stop for coffee and good selection of sandwiches and cakes.

    Probably the worst Starbucks I've been to. Positives: The location is good and the layout is nice. Big tables, plenty of sockets, clean and very spacious. Negatives: First off, they didn't have any fresh filter coffee - which is fine. They usually offer an Americano for the same price. I asked for a small black filter - I got charged £3.25 for a medium Americano with milk (I only drink black coffee due to my psoriasis). Anyway, as I had loads of work on I decided to get on with it and ignore the Coffee. 1.5hrs later decided to go for a free refill - got asked to pay again for an americano - again was charged £3.25 for a coffee that costs £1.95. Was told that they don't do refills. I've been to quite a few Starbucks and they usually go out of their way to tell me that I get free refills and they often put on a fresh batch of filter. This place however is the complete opposite. I appreciate I won't make a dent in Starbucks but I really wanted to come here more often as I don't live too far.

    Visited at 2 on a Friday and there was a very slow moving queue. Took 15 minutes to get served. Looks like they need more staff. Otherwise typical coffee place. Large and airy space. Good location for meetings etc.

    Had somehow ran out of ceramic mugs even though there were only 6 people in, so could only offer takeaway cups. Not quite sure how that can happen... Decided to take away but had also run out of sleeves so had to put it in another cup so it could be held. Staff were friendly and offering suggestions but this isn't the first time there have been issues when we've visited this store so maybe wider supply chain issues. Food selection is poor and overpriced (~£3 for a small slice of cake that could be straight out of a Costco!) but think this is more reflective of the wider Starbucks approach. Paid £12 for 2 hot drinks and 2 small cups of cold milk for young children. Could learn from Costa coffee where cold milk is free rather than being charged £2 each which again - is extremely overpriced.
