Love this place ❤️ Good resort with wonderful rooms to stay and with water sports providing swimming pool, rain dance and slides which can be enjoyed by all age groups. The food quality needs to be improved along with time for preparation and delivery. Location is nice in between hills and nearby river. Resort provides indoor and outdoor games. Transit can be done with own car or taxi services

Room service is poor. Towels were not provided in the room even after asking. There were mosquitoes in the room. Called at reception for mosquito repellent four times since morning. It was sent in evening. No pickup for luggage even after calling twice. Food was awesome. Variety was provided in the food. Veg non-veg both was excellent.

Rooms and cottages are really nice and cozy. Their pool with slides is fun to visit. However, the only concern I have is about the cleanliness of the common area. Rest everything was great.

We had a wonderful stay at Sai River Resort. The environment and thr atmosphere helped us to relax. The stay was always motivated to help us. The food was excellent. The hotel ambience was lovely and very serene. It was an unforgettable Stay. Excellent Reception, clean tidy, sweet memories. Service and Quality wise this place will not disappoint you. Not worth staying. Bathroom had a very bad smell. Ants were everywhere on the floor. The room wasn't cleaned before arrival. The bed was dirty with footprints and floor was all dirty. The music in the swimming pool was too loud. Housekeeping also did not pick up the phone. Food was not so okay. Could have been maintained better.

Ok rooms, average service, good quality food, however the river is not the great one. The pool is a very small one and indoor games are not in good state. Average place and lacks tranquility

Good Staycation resort for family and kids. The resort is right at the edge of Khopoli city and on the main road, so don't expect any outside resort nature view. The swimming pool and slides are fun with a rain dance area. The food is okay. The staff is very active and friendly.

One of the best property to host a destination wedding. Rooms and foods are amazing. Customer friendly staffs are an added point. Nice place to enjoy your special day

Lots to improve. No laundry service No wifi in the rooms Dirty linen unless asked to replace Food is good. Location is good. Good parking space if you’re bringing your vehicle. Good for day trip, lots of play area for children

The rooms r nice, but they have an odour smell n the used bedsheets are given to people..u need to tell them to give fresh bedsheets..Ac doesn't work much in few rooms Snakes do roam around, so need to be careful about it.

Visited there for a company event. We were a group of more than a hundred people and overall management was nicely done. Parking space available after the entrance. Decent rooms. They have an event hall on the first floor which can accommodate up to hundred people and we were there for most of the time. The buffet food was good and so were the rooms / washrooms. They have various facilities such as a swimming pool, cricket nets, lawn walking area, water rides, carrom and table tennis. You would definitely enjoy it if you are going with a group or your family. The best time to visit is during the monsoon. You may see some frogs though. Overall a decent stay.

I like a place food was testy veg non veg both. Staff also very nice and helpful. Service very good. Red room i like. It's big room. Adventure also very nice. Rain dance place very big me and my family enjoyed the resort

Place is good for picnic with family and friends. Good for school age children with activities suitable for them. But it lacks Natural Scenary around the spot. It has limited indoor activities.

We have been there only for 1 day i really enjoyed the great place nice environment and lots of activities you will get over all the great experience The food was also nice but the food service was not that good i mean especially for chapati because we all were waiting for chapati i understand their concern they want to serve us garam chapati but still if you can improve in this . I don't know about rooms because we didn't book rooms we were there for 1 day but i believe they'll have good rooms. I hope this will help you..

Best resort visited till date. Rooms are very neat and clean. Pools are well maintained. Entire resort is very punctual about all the timings. Food quality is very good. Location is also good. It is next to old Mumbai Pune highway. There is ample parking space. Definitely we will visit again.

Amazing experience, staff was too good they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. We got a room which was having superb view of garden lawn where kids can play. Rooms were clean and well maintained. We like the overall stay of ours. Highly recommended,

Really a good place.... We were 10 people so cottage of 6 was so good and sufficient. The weather was lovely. The DJ hall is smaller but will do. Food is dicey. Has pool, water rides and indoor games along with a small turf. Overall worth going except food.

I celebrated my son's 7th birthday with his entire class and their respective families at this Resort! It was a day picnic and we all had an awesome time together! It is a beautiful property with lots of activities for kids and childlike adults! :) They paid special attention to our food and accommodated our request to make it less oily and less spicy. We enjoyed the delicious food, their prompt service and the property on the whole. The water park was great fun and perfect for pre-schoolers too. Kudos to the owners and their team! :)

We loved our stay there! The staff were so helpful and supportive. Loved the location, food, amenities, etc. Keep up the good work guys! Only point of improvement I can think is that swimming pool can be cleaner and also two big slides have very less water flow. Otherwise no complaints at all!

The food was good ambience was awesome just the cleanliness in room should be given a bit priority. Also there should be an option of white lights in the rooms. The lights were too dim and were making us feel sleepy all the time

It was a good place to stay. However pool needs a good clean up. And Mr Karan (sales manager) needs basic training on how to behave with people and don’t think everyone are losers. Management needs to train such people and make them aware importance of happy customer.

We visited this place over the weekend. We really LIKED our stay here and had a great time. The rooms were clean, some maintenance work required to get rid of the door sound. The quality of the food was really good - We liked lunch and dinner both, however there was slight a mismanagement during evening Hi-Tea, had to wait for a while. The breakfast was also good... The manager at reception was polite and was interacting with all the guests politely. He kept in requesting the people to have seat until the check-in procedure for previous guests were not completed. There is one thing which were not happy about is the shower, barely got hot water. Please can you look into this.... Your water park is just LOVELY.... we enjoyed it...
