    My first experience & my 1st ever gym is RK FITNESS. I joined to reduce my post pregnancy weight, and it actually aided in loosing it & making me more flexible. For best results, I'll strongly recommend to continue on diet plans as per suggested by professional trainers. Believe me, trainers there know more than your "google search". Do visit the gym for best results 👍

    RK fitness is the best gym in MSMD. Gym trainers are very disciplined and good with nature and knowledge. Ambience of gym is wonderful ,positive and Supportive .Members are also very good . Machines are top class and advance. .

    It was a great experience, in a short period of time Prince Sir taught me a lot about workouts and diet. I enjoyed working out as the surroundings were full of fun and hardworking people. Great hygiene maintenance and spacious gym. All trainers are great.

    I enjoyed each and every day of working out here. Prince sir and gym trainers are very helpful.The ambience of the gym is nice and clean.. 👍 The environment and the energy of the gym are filled with positivity and at the same time very comfortable for girls and woman as well.... Kudos !! Keep at it🤘🤘🤘...

    Honestly speaking, I know the owner for more than 12 years.He is a great guy with great experience, trainers are also genuine and always ready to serve u. If you are searching for a gym join rk fitness much recommend.

    Better than other gym around, just stay away from getting unnecessary suppliments sold to you. Also trainers are fu**boy here so stay away from them too if you are a girl.. !!

    R. K. Fitness is one of the best and favourite fitness centre in Mahasamund. Gym is very comfortable and clean with friendly staff. This is very helpful for beginners as well as professionals in gym. So just join it and get fit.
