Surprising gem in Barmer... The rooms put hyatt rooms to shame... You will be pleasantly surprised..

Happy with their services and all. If you like to have candle light dinner bring your own candles because they can make ambience by providing repeated power failures and even cannot rectify the situation by providing an emergency lamp or a back generator. Not at all satisfied with the electricity and maintenance department. This could make issues with the electrical and electronic devices which we use. Repeated power failure is the worse case and no actions are taken till now both at day and night time. No one is their to take responsibility Hope the management see the reviews

This hotel is value for money. Rooms are large, clean and well maintained. A locker is provided to keep valuables. A dedicated team of housekeeping staff keep the rooms well serviced. There is also an in-house shopping center with a wide range of ethnic wear on display. Breakfast is on the house and has wide range of options to choose from. Located on the highway it rates high on easy mobility onto the highway without having to negotiate the city traffic.

Food is very good... Service is first class.. Environment is superb... Full Air conditioner.. Swimming pool neet and clean... But little but costly... Choose budget wise..

If you are for value for money , food quality and taste , for meaning of service standards, ethics and other parameters -- you yourself will not go there . It is jyst their luck that not a single hotel is in that area for which you may be be gorced. Rather eat on the wayside dhabas. They ate much way better .

Located on the main road on the highway at Barmer, this hotel is a good option for business travellers but the hotel is unable to manage the extremely large set up. Parking area has garbage collection adjacent to it. Room I stayed in had lot of noise whose source I couldn't find out in the middle of the night...I guessed it was sound of a generator and the sound went away only early morning. When I reported the same, same was not acknowledged also. So disappointing stay it was. I will avoid it in future.

Dormitory type rooms and tariff is very high. There is no stand of staff. They will ask you high tariff and can come to lowest on bargain. Service is very poor. Staff behaviour is very rude. No recommended to stay at this tariff in Barmer.

Vary poor service if u should call for opening the room and water this hotel guys will be came late like 40-45 I suggest never stay this hotel but in barmer only one option

Top class hotel in Barmer iski jaisi koi hotel nahi h pure Barmer mein . I come from Jodhpur to Barmer and stay here for 2 days . Beautiful hotel

Commendable service received from Mr. Vimal Nain, Mr. Sanjay Joshi who works in the F&B department of Hotel Kailash. He clearly understand the expectation with respect to food and trys to fulfill the request with utmost hospitality.

A very good option under 1500 to 2000. Decent environment, decent standard food veg/non veg. Swimming pool and gym facilities are available

Room was good but the service is pathetic,employees at the buffet section behave as if they are feeding us on charity,unhygienic practice of keeping used plates,spoon next to soup is horrible

Went for dinner with family and friends and got a noisy environment. The other people were shameless and hotel staff were unable to control noise level. Had to move away. If hotel cannot ensure the atmosphere it gives a bitter experience.

Nice place and services .. safe and secure as per norms ... Services are good. Quality and variety of food is lovable.
