Today I am coming here for MRI of Brain with spine screening..good ambience..but billing service is slow..the hospital area is so big ...it has centralised AC with wheelchair facilities. You may come here for your tests..

The worst hospital, I have ever seen, I went there for my younger brother, he had fever and stomach pain, due to which we had to do the USG report, but everything was normal, and we showed the report also. When we took him for check up on Out Patient basis, they admitted him and made him go through several tests, let's say a lot of test which indeed were unnecessary. And made a huge bill, and misused his corporate health insurance card. Overall all I can say is they are sitting there to make money not to cure patients.

Kasturi Das memorial Super Speciality Hospital is one of the worst Hospital I have ever seen in my life time.Poor quality service along with incompetent staffs has made the Hospital miserable for any kind of treatment. .If google will allow me,I will give negative rating in all parameters which includes staffs behavior, poor service etc..I don't recommend anyone for the treatment in this Hospital. It is not at all advisable to admit anyone in this Hospital .Don't invite trouble by way of admitting any patient in this Hospital. Worst experience ever my mom was admitted for paralysis attack. We admitted her 11 o clock in the morning and they have no Sr doctor to attend he is only available over the phone and came to see her in 11 pm after 12 hors of admitting her also they even did not done any M.R.I or CT scan until we ask for it which is @ 5 pm these people have no expertise or capability to handle such case

No hygine maintained at physiotherapy department, no sanitise the bed aftr any person to welcome new person . This tissue used by my self to protect my face . Non availability of tissues paper they used toilet rolls . Long queue at reception and long Wating you Realy have to be firm for your self . Please dunt come if you really sick, it Coz lack of take care of emergency.

Never ever chose this college to study nursing.this people specially the authority are worst of its kind.they only care about money nothing else.students are suffering a lot , mentally tortured.this year they illegally seized the admit card of ist year students for non payment of 2nd year fees before the 1st year exam although most of the students paid their 1st year fees.they are non compliant of a student s career 😡😡😡

The worst patient care service, treatment level is not up to the mark. The RMO and the sisters are always busy on their work and they are brilliant in one aspect, and that is to scare every patient party no matter what kind of patient's condition is. This is my request to all patient parties, not to prefer this hospital at any excuses.

Worst experience, their daily billing meter is too fast n behaviour of Hospital staff is too rough... threatened the medicine will stop to the patient if top up amount not deposited in few hours in very short notice

The hospital in neat and clean but the medical facility is much below average. I had admitted my grandma for cardiac but the treatment given was not correct. She literally cried at home and told me, the bad behaviour she received and she understood that they run the hospital only to extract money no proper treatment is given. Doctors are not available and I do not trust the RMO’s. Not professional and I would recommend not to visit this hospital for anything. Compete scammers. The nurses are not trained and they are ok job without a degree. Complete lack of knowledge. Be safe stay far away from this fraud place

Pathetic Experience, Opd Experience is very poor. Very poor communication service. They don't even know the meaning of appointment. Everytime doctor late in Opd.. Hospital can always prefer doctors time, They can't Care about patient time. Everytime we r waiting for min 1.5 to 2 hour in opd for the doctor visits. I request to Hospital management that we also have valuable time, plz look in to this matter. ..

Receptionists are very rude and they don't know tests details and price. Lack of knowledge they have and also impolite behaviour.

The management is not good and the doctor are not co operative and they dont have such arrangement to treat serious patient.

Worst hospital. they are making money and nothing else. if your patient admitted through sasthya sathi still taking so many charges like Dr.fees, testing and many more. even don’t give any sanitizer to patient. Unorganised management.

Horrible!!!! Staffs are uneducated and inexperienced. They can do nothing. I was admitted for my c-section last September. I have suffered a lot because of them. They don't even know how to handle a baby properly. Horrible!!!!

All are very good but food is very poor quality, not a sufficient of the patients, all poor generic medicine supply to patients but cost added to the bill original brand medicine.. total theft

They have specialist doctor and very helpful nurse. They are take caring the patient. There have all kind of machine that needed for patient to test anything.

My father was recently admitted to this hospital with severe covid infection. Now he is in good health and at home. Thanks to the Doctor. The Doctor was really very good & very polite in his behavior. But the hospital management is worst. They know only how to make money even at the cost of patient's life...

Maneger Sanjay is very helpful and his behaviour is very good...and doctors are very good here.

Never knew phone isn't allowed in general wards before visiting this hospital. The RMO of female ward screams like a maniac unnecessarily, and her behaviour is very bad with patients. The hospital food is so pathetic that I had to ask my family to bring me home cooked food. They gave me sooji soaked in water and sugar to eat. I don't know what they think of the patients. One housekeeping staff kept me pestering for tips where I tipped the staff whom I thought was eligible for a tip a day back. Sushma masi of female ward is a great person. She made me feel like home, took care of me like a mother..this was the only plus point of my 7 days stay at the hospital. Also they unnecessarily extended my stay for 7 more days but because my mother protested against it, they gave me discharge.
