    Dangerous place. Very bad surroundings. People are rough and cheats. Very diety place. Full of criminals and extortionists. Avoid this place. Never come alone in this place as there is no law here, even the police are currupt here and will not take your complaints if you are in trouble or affected by crime as their jobs will be in jeopardy

    Mostly the Centre Hub of metiaburz some residential and business related shop's can be found here and newly build Shopping complex and restaurant including a dedicated Food lane which is booming in 2022-2023

    The people of the area is not that good and there's a lots of fast food center's and restaurants like al zaffran it is a very good restaurant and moti it is a complete dry food shop you can get a lots of varities there and many more food stores and restaurants are available there.

🫤 Very unreliable promoter. Never keep to schedule. Nor inform flat owners about work progress. There is no towerwise updates. We don't know if lifts have been installed, electricity and water connection have been completed. Only they ask money. No compensation for 4 years' delay.
