Even the good building infrastructure, spensors shopping complex, Domino's, movie hall are there people won't buy a flat there due to very very bad roads and water logging issues. No cab drivers are willing to come here and also charge so much money for this poor road. My simple request to Purti builders that plz go and talk to the current MLA or MP for these long running issues, otherwise your flats will go unsold.

Spencer market at "Purti housing " not good at all. Unnecessary waiting at the counter. Out of 4 counter only one is maned. Paying by card big is problem. Sometime amount deducted from you account but not in cash on system ! Better avoid going at Purti SPENCER.

The place is very congested and too much traffic issue

Very nice and decorated housing complex with playground, community halls and swimming pool. Ample car parking space is available. It also has a beautiful temple. There is a big Spencer outlet, Kathleen outlet, medicine shop, doctors' clinic. Very soon a multiplex theatre will also come up.

But road to purti is in very bad condition from last 7 to 8 years.
