From grocery to normal household materials whichever you need is all available in one place, under one roof. The place is recently opened on the day of "Paila Baishakh" (Bengali New Year - 2019) and already quite loved by all people in radius of 5kms. It's very close to Harinavi and Garia, preciesly it between Rajpur and Narendrapur. Autos and buses are available all the time. It has it's own parking lot. If you're tired of standing in a queue at Narendrapur Big Bazaar and it's indifferent staff, switch to this store that's a few minutes' auto ride away. Apart from your daily grocery, dairy, and vegetables/fruits, you'll get almost anything else that a household or even a small food stall may need like aluminium foil, wraps, etc. Spread over two floors and organised well, this well-stocked store is complemented by its smiling and helpful staff. A big "Thank You" to everyone associated with Reliance Smart at Rathtala who make shopping here such a great experience.

Products are there but people are not cultured in any Jio store. It’s not fault of the employees. It’s the culture of the organisation. Whichever smart bazar we go, behaviour is pathetic. Only 1 counter will be open for billing so obviously the employees get irritated.

Good shopping place for daily essentials. Stocks are well maintained. Workers are well mannered. Discount is the main attraction for me .😍😍

Worst place, went in morning nothing is organized. It seems staff has just woke up from sleep. The store cleaning and brooming is going on side by side as you shop which is quite irritating. Also I purchased something (10kgs rice bag) the price of which is 55 rupees more if I would have taken the same thing being sold loose. When I confronted the store manager about the discrepancy he told if you take in bulk it would be more- which is a pathetic answer to give. Overall I would give a zero star if that option was there.

We shop our monthly grocery from here.It is within 2 kms from our residence . Compared to Metro Cash n Carry products r available but not of Metro quality. They might improve gradually. Here till date billing time is less compared to metro ,where except early morning hours always there is a queue.

I used to shop at big bazar but now switched to Reliance Smart. It is quite near from my place. The store is clean and organised. Staff members are good and they have always helped me to find products. Few of the items are still missing such as food wraps and disposable kitchen gloves, aluminum foils. Talking about promotion, they have been putting exciting offers/sales/discount but should atleast put a date on to it. Many customers get confused as they think it's on discount but while on checkout register it's not.

Everything is good. Kind of fresh. But, when go through the door to get out. Security check the bag and match with the bill. This is unsatisfing. After billing they should zig the bag.
