Very bad experience. They don't have any system of online payment other than card payment. They will not accept Google Pay. They will force you to use their own system of pay. They will take your phone and send you a link and you will have to click that and install an app to pay. These days even small grocery stores have Google Pay and it is extremely unfortunate that such a huge business concern doesn't offer such a rudimentary service. I won't visit here again. Moreover it is extremely congested and not very well stocked. It doesn't feel like a departmental store but like a godown. You will have to jostle with other customers to simply move around. For all the well known brands that they sell they have their own product and they will aggressively market that. I wanted to buy Green Tea. A bottle of honey was free with a packet of 25 bags of green tea. They tried very hard to sell me the tea without the honey because they couldn't find the honey. Things inside the store are extremely unorganised. Vegetables sold are not fresh but seems like the unsold stock of the vegetable vendors. Till now this is my worst experience of a departmental store.

Good location ---- near Garia Station Road and Fartabad crossing. This store is not much spacious, as a result stocks are also limited. But as there is no such store nearby, this store is very helpful for the people. Vegetables and fruits are fresh. But price of fruits is too harsh for the pocket.

Good place to shop. Sometimes their stock depletes too fast. However few staffs are needed to be more careful while interacting with customers.

They have a good stock of these items. The staffs are a little helpful.. They have both online and offline payment modes.. A good place for buying daily groceries and even party requirements..
