Ich habe in allen Abteilungen und auf Station nur wirklich sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht (u.a. Chirurgie, Radiologie, OP-Abteilung, Gastroenterologie,...). Alle Mitarbeiter waren immer (trotz hoher Arbeitsbelastung) sehr freundlich und fürsorglich, hilfsbereit und mitfühlend. Mir wurden immer alle Fragen beantwortet und alle Untersuchungen erklärt. Auch wenn man länger auf einen Termin warten muss- wenn man an dem Tag da ist, ist alles super organisiert und man muss in der Regel nicht lange warten. Unsere Tochter hat sich Anfang Juni den Arm gebrochen. Wir wurden von einer anderen Klinik aus Würzburg (ganz klar keine Empfehlung) in die ZOM geschickt. Arm blöd gebrochen, Operation in dem ein Nagel eingesetzt wurde. Auch mit der kleinen Komplikation nach der OP wurde mir zur keiner Zeit das Gefühl gegeben das die Ärzte es nicht im Griff hatten. Es folgte ein kurzer Ausflug in die Kinderklinik! Zurück auf der Station O15 am nächsten Tag. Sehr nette Pfleger, super Kinderstation auf dem sich die kleinsten Patienten wohl fühlen. Auch bei den Kontrolluntersuchung wurde immer Recht zügig gearbeitet um die Wartezeit so kurz wie möglich zu halten. Aktuell sind wir zum Entfernen des Nagels wieder hier. Wieder alles Super. Die Ärzte im OP und alle Schwestern im Aufwachraum sind einfach spitze! Ich danke dem ganzen Team um Professor Mayer für die tolle Behandlung unserer Tochter!

Thank god the staff at the front desk of the reception was quick to alert the nurse at the Urologist department and I was quickly attended to. But thank you to the wonderful and attentive Nurse Rimma at the Urologist Department who was very attentive & assuring to me and the very competent doctor who attended to me on Thursday night of 4 June 2020, but I did not get his name. Meine geplante Herz-OP wurde 6 oder 7 mal kurzfristig abgesagt. Ich glaube man kann sich vorstellen, wie die nervliche Belastung und die Schlafzeiten über Monate sind. Von der Ärzteschaft wurde sich über Monate nicht an Absprachen bzw. Versprechen gehalten. Bei der Visite bekam man von den Göttern in Weiß keine bzw. falsche Antworten. So ist es für mich, zum Beispiel schon wichtig, welche Medikamente ich nehme, wenn sie plötzlich von 2 auf 39 gesteigert werden. Auch sonst planlos. Ich möchte ausdrücklich alle anderen ausnehmen. (Essenverteiler, Krankenschwestern...)Ich habe die Klinik in einem deutlich schlechteren Zustand verlassen, als ich gekommen bin und werde diese Klinik, selbst wenn ich vor dem Haupteingang einen Herzinfarkt erleide, nicht mehr betreten.

Ich wurde im Mai 2023 im ZOM an der Schilddrüse operiert. Sowohl das Team rund um Professor Germer als auch das OP Team von Professor Schlegel waren sensationell. Ich habe mich im ZOM sehr kompetent und nahbar betreut gefühlt. Unser Sohn wurde Anfang Januar operiert und wir haben 10 Tage auf der O15 Kinderklinik ZOM verbracht. Leider kann ich nichts positives berichten. Mein Arzt hat mich ans ZOM überwiesen, weil aufgrund einer Pseudathrose am Tibiakopf, seiner Meinung nach eine weitere OP nötig ist. Beim ersten Termin wurde mir nach knapp 2 Stunden Wartezeit gesagt, dass ich leider in der falschen Sprechstunde gelandet bin. Ich müsste zum Chefarzt, da er sich damit am besten auskennt und ich privat versichert bin. Beim 2. Termin bin ich in der Privatsprechstunde bei einer jungen Ärztin gelandet. Der Chef sei im OP. Somit war die erneute Anfahrt (90 Kilometer einfach) umsonst. Nach telefonischer Rücksprache mit dem leitenden Oberarzt hat sie mir gesagt, dass eine weitere OP nicht nötig ist und ich lernen soll mit den Schmerzen zu leben. In 5-10 Jahren sehen wir uns zum Einsetzen eines künstlichen Knies wieder. Sicher nicht, denn dieses Krankenhaus werde ich nicht mehr betreten!
