    Ordered from their App and order delivered via Uber. Unfortunately food arrived right at the end of the 1 hour delivery window and missing my son's burger. Called to complain and look for food to be redelivered but only offered refund for the burger, this doesn't help with the missing meal. Unfortunately McDonald's seem to regularly miss item on delivery so be warned before placing an order for delivery.

    Edit: they are extremely stingy with the sauces that are free. I understand that this is a franchise but this place is just annoying at this point. I asked for one bbq and sweet and sour to my nuggets and they argued that I only ordered the one sauce. This is not a service I get anywhere else arguing over a tiny box of sauce. Never been to this McDonald where the wait time for the food was shorter than 5 minutes. Today I had to wait over 10 mins for my food. It is very messy in how they serve and prepare the food making it a really long wait. I understand it’s a franchise owned by a family but it’s still a fast food chain that should at least try to make the food come quicker. I had order number 30 but when I came to the pick up point they called number 4.

    They take on too many delivery orders at one time. Most of their staff work on processing those leaving in-store orders to take the longest. There were about 11 delivery drivers waiting when I got in there, and everytime one left, another one came along to replace him. The wait for my 1 person order ended up taking almost 20 minutes with no apology.

    There was nothing fast about this fast food service! Not enough self service machines to handle the number of customers and the staff seemed overwhelmed with a backlog of orders. What should have been a 5-10 minute visit took around 45 minutes for food that was dry and barely warm.

    Ordered through just eat. Arrival time kept changing and when it did arrive it was cold with items missing. Happened a few times recently when I've ordered in store too. Seems you have to be completely incompetent to work at one of the McDonald's in Maidstone

    We went in this mc donalds for a break and to discuss some problem between us but the radio was so loud you could not talk to each other I asked if they would turn it down to a reasonable volume but was told the manager did not want it down so we left the site with our drinks. We were not the only people to complain they was 3 more families and the place was only a 1/4 full whereas it usually it is between 1/2 and 3/4 full I will not be going in that mcdonalds again I will go to the other ones, sorry to moan but I am furious at the moment

    Another mcdonalds with slow service, toilets were a disaster a complete mess, as a food critic I thought id try going for a big mac again, as its in maidstone might be made differently, Only to come down with food poisoning, highly recommend, If you want a plesent exepriance go else where.

    Not a criticism towards this particular McDonalds but towards the UK scene altogether. Compared to its US counterpart, it is sterile and very lacking towards the "fun" part. Happy Meal toys are just pieces of paper compared to in the US.

    Good food and service Usually it's crowded, and you need to wait in the queue. store is easy to identify and in good condition. You have to park your car some distance away from the shop.

    Not a long que, but Stone cold, grand big macs, not warm but fridge cold.. when opened box it looked like a car crash with lettuce all in the box cold fries also with a dirty table, to complment, coffee ok, just got home and really feel ill.. don't often feel the need to complain, normally can't be bothered but McDonald's this is not good enough I'm afraid, went to leave and there seemed so much confusion on where people should stand to collect there meals on the way out...

    I used go really enjoy birthdays here, we'd book out the topfloor (which now seems never open) but now it's not the best (being polite) if you're not worrying about the 15 year old roadmen who think they're the hardest nutters since the Kray twins then you're in a crowded small platform waiting for your food to be delivered whilst you're elbowed out of the way by delivery drivers (and I'd even say its not their fault they have to pick up food from the same cramped platform) oh and let's not forget the wondrous invention of the screens! Oh the screens! They are unironically good at stopping queues in the cramped platform but please oh lord would you refill the darn receipts, the only thing letting me get the food is that no ones lying and claiming my bag. Nostalgic but less of a fireman Sam and more of a Mr blobby. It's great to look back at but when confronted with how it is now it sends a shudder down my spine and gets me going elsewhere (where I probably get my food quicker and won't be a tuna in a tin)

    Disgusting service from BLAKE THE MANAGER! came back as they forgot a WHOLE meal and instead of serving me when come back to explain he completely blanked me. I wouldn’t mind if I was rude but I weren’t. Vile behaviour don’t know how on earth became manager

    Ordered via the app. Some items are not available via the app, so show items unavailable. Then, I had to re-place the order. This was then put through as a table order, so it took ages to get to us as it was for takeaway. Eventually, we got our food, but by the time we got home 5 minutes away, everything was stone cold!!

    Fantastic experience! Food was fresh and hot, service was second to none! I was struggling when entering and staff member named Sharon helped me collect my order and even when there was a problem with my order she sorted it straight away! Friendly, kind and excellent service! Will definitely visit again! Thank you!

    I never came into the restaurant, but places an order on the app. Just want to praise a lady called Beth who packed our order neatly and presented it well. Using her own method of crossing off the items as she packed them meaning I got everything I ordered (I normally don’t - something gets missed off) just want to say a massive thank you and we appreciate it (the small things matter)!
