    I highly recommend everyone I know to join Brigade. Signing myself up was hands down the best decision I made, not only have I lost weight and gained muscle, I have also made many friendships! Tom, Sam and Glen are all brilliant coaches; very knowledgeable and make you feel so welcomed and at ease. I was never aware of coaching gyms before, but you get so much for your money, Brigade really is so worth it.

    I’ve been training for 6 weeks at brigade , since then I have lost 1 stone in weight dropped 3% body fat . Gained 20kg to my back squat and my cardio has massively improved. And now I feel more comfortable lifting heavier weights as I’ve been shown proper technique and form .

    Brigade has revolutionised how I feel about health and wellness. I usual shy away from exercise but when Brigade opened on my road I thought it must be a sign..... There are several factors to my glowing review - 1) I find the classes are challenging but manageable being only 45 minutes in length and so varied the time flies 2) The coaching. It really is exceptional. Encouraging without being bullyish. Considered to individual personal needs 3) The community. We really do feel part of a positive, supported and encouraging team. We are fundraising for community events, taking part in weekend challenges, social events, sharing recipes and ideas. I genuinely enjoy working out at Brigade and recommend it whole heartedly to anyone, those who are seasoned gym goers and those who are not. The marketing looks cool, slick and serious and believe me we are but we are also all-welcoming and encouraging. Brigade is for everyone!

    The team at Bridage are extraordinary! Their knowledge is brilliant and they're always striving to improve themselves to help the members. They always go the extra mile to make sure you are doing your best and can cope with whatever the workout is. The workouts have been great and all of the coaches are pushing me to be better which is wonderful! All of the team and the members that I have spoken with have all made me feel really welcome and instantly part of the community they have made. Bridage go the extra mile to do events to build up a community feel which really helps back in the gym where people support eachother regardless of experience. Thoroughly recommend and would encourage anyone to go down and at least give it a go!

    Brigade is on another level when it comes to personal training and knowledge. Tom and Glen have great experience and knowledge leading you through group trained classes with beginner to advanced adaptation to every exercise. Both coaches bring passion and knowledge to the gym. I am one who have always struggled with losing weight and showing any change! Since joining Brigade not only am I loving every session I am seeing improvement with losing fat, gaining strength and feeling healthy. Great atmosphere in the gym with it being group training yet feels like personal training 1:1 with the input you get from the coaches

    I am really enjoying the classes although I feel (and probably look) like I am dying. I am doing things I never thought I would which is great and I look forward to seeing more improvements. I really enjoy the team of coaches and love the groups of people that are at the gym. A really relaxing and non-judgemental atmosphere which is so fab!

    Cannot fault the coaches at Brigade. Their motivation, patience and general demeanour is fantastic! I've had a tough couple of weeks or so, initially illness and then work causing me to miss a few sessions. The coaches kept checking in to keep me motivated and made sure I didn't lose the mojo I had when I first turned up to the summer bootcamps- the bootcamps inspired me to sign up as a full member. It is a community of people, from all walks of life however all striving to be the best possible versions of themselves, and all have constantly encouraged others to keep at it. So are super fit, others at the beginning of their fitness journey however all are just incredible and I cannot thank Brigade enough for bringing this community of people together. Coach Glen made me realise as my first session back following the above mentioned missed ones just how far I've come since my first week as a full member. I had to stop during commando capacity as had an asthma attack, I constantly needed my inhaler to get through most sessions. Now, I sometimes forget to bring it and very rarely need it. I've lost circa 5% body fat since joining 3 months (despite missing sessions!) which I believe is due to the nutritional information/ targets and advice given to us. The nutritional side is as important as the exercise and following the advice, I've not once felt deprived and oddly I am eating more than ever! Protein bars are my new favourite go to mid morning snack.

    What a great gym - as a concept this is phenomenal in respect of the planned training blocks, coaching, class size and importantly culture. For a gym to cater to such a range of abilities in great and the training, technique, encouragement and feedback from the coaches is first class. Having been at other gyms this hits the mark for me as is very much about building and educating and not just being a shouty boot camp. Really seeing progression.

    I have loved my time with Brigade so far. Tom is really supportive and encouraging and I have pushed myself far more than I have ever done before with his help and encouragement. The Team spirit is great. Tom sets challenges and with my competitive nature I can't help but to give everything 100%. I would and have recommended Brigade to friends. Give it a go, you will regret it if you don't!
