If
the
manager
of
Costa
on
Ashford
road
sees
this,
I
would
encourage
you
to
invest
in
some
training
for
your
lazy
and
rude
staff,
clearly
demotivated
while
they
continue
to
gossip
about
customers
behind
the
counter.
Spending
£4
on
a
coffee,
I
am
expecting
enhanced
customer
service.
But
no,
instead
I
feel
as
if
I
am
a
nuisance
to
be
here,
which
should
NOT
be
experienced
within
the
hospitality
industry.
Katie/Kathrine
needs
to
smile.
The
ginger
girl
who
has
been
here
a
while
seems
to
take
this
job
as
some
sort
of
joke.
I
will
not
be
returning
and
I
am
surprised
these
people
still
work
here
after
numerous
complaints
over
the
years.
Even
a
smile
would
be
appreciated.
In
addition
to
this,
while
the
workers
chat
and
giggle
with
customers
(which
is
ok
in
moderation),
dirty
plates
and
cups
are
left
on
the
tables.
I
don’t
think
the
staff
realise
that
this
automatically
makes
a
coffee
shop
appear
unappealing
and
neglected.
Costa
is
a
huge
chain,
and
this
poor
customer
service
will
make
it
go
downhill,
irrespective
of
this
only
being
one
outlet.
Please
reinforce
this
to
your
staff.
Thank
you
very
much
and
I
hope
to
see
your
customer
service
improve.
Other
than
that,
the
toastie
was
great.
