After trapsing around 5 different food shopd to find a gluten free option that was not sweet. I popped in here as i have eaten the gluten free muffins from here before and they were delicious. When looking at the sandwiches on offer i noticed there weren't any gluten free options. I asked a lovely member of staff who said there are no gluten free options there but if i would like a sandwich or a toasty he would go and make it fresh for me. I watched this member of staff come back with my sandwich in a piece of grease proof paper and he ensured it did not touch the same surface as the gluten. He ensured the knife was cleaned before cutting my toastie. I was delighted to be able to eat safely and also enjoyed one of the amazing lemon meringue muffins. I thanked a member of staff after i had eaten to be told of all the gluten free and vegan options they offer when asked. Such lovely staff an over all great experience Thank you again

Very nice cappuccino as it wasn't at all bitter. Also in quite large cup, but was normal sized serving. Friendly staff. We were laughing about the age of my loyalty card, which they swapped as it was at least 4 yrs old. It may now appear on an Antiques show!

Really pleasantly surprised. I wasn't expecting much from a cafe in a shopping centre but the food (and coffee) was tasty and the staff were so helpful and friendly. They do boxes of muffins and I'd be tempted to go back to pick up a box (we didn't try them just a Panini and a flatbread) and I'd happily recommend to anyone looking for a coffee or cafe pitstop

had a coffee ☕️ and a cheese 🧀 samwich , clean coffee ☕️ shop flat white double shot as standard nice and strong but smooth, freindly staff the cup spilt a bit upon serving me and the waiter made sure she made me a new cup of coffee to a full cup impressive very happy with that and even brought it over to my table should of got her name white young girl , comfortable seats , and peaceful ,

Staff pleasant but did not seem to flow very well. Started serving then stopped and continued 3 mins later with different member of staff.

Michelle is a legend! I came in with my wife (who had the hump because I had been an asrehole to her all day) who promptly had a moan about the slow service (it was VERY busy) and Michelle could not do enough for us and managed to placate my wife sufficiently LOL. Michelle deserves a raise! Thank you x

Stopped here after popping into a shop for a coffee at the end of the day (so quiet) while we were leaving the shopping mall and got tempted by the muffins which we found were okay. Lunch options look good.

Under new management, mostly halal, reasonably priced food, drinks are fancy but delicious. Lovely comfortable atmosphere. Tuna baguette with original lemonade, ploughman’s sandwich with Mango, Pineapple & Passion fruit smoothie which needs wider straws for the fruit pieces.

Husband stopped for a coffee and a pasty. This is the 2nd time he stopped on here for thr pasty alone. The coffee is he fave of all the outlets in the mall.

First visit yesterday, loved it. Fairly priced refreshments. I had a gorgeous jacket spud with tuna for under a fiver. Will be back often

Really great place for a meet up or a light lunch , lots of food and drink choices. The staff are very helpful and friendly , ideal location in the centre the mall in Maidstone.

Its relaxing there, me and my friend were hungry after some shopping and decided to grab a bite there. He ordered a cappuccino whilst i got a sprite. We had some sandwiches and it was delicious! The staff were also really nice and the place was really clean and chill too!

When staff member finally arrived, she didn't have the courtesy to acknowledge we were waiting and then continued to put items on the fridge. Will not be going again.

Got served by Nikki who just grabbed the items off me, didn’t say hello or anything didn’t ask if we wanted anything else I had to tell her to which she rolled her eyes, the prices they charge the manners should be top notch, food was very basic considering the price , don’t bother save your money.

Nice ambience but no toilet facilities, a long wait to be served and overpriced.
