Stopped for a full English breakfast. Waitress was super friendly and welcoming. Huge portions very well cooked. Coffee was very nice too. Excellent value for money and will definitely return.

We had a great late lunch there. We had a cheese burger and chips and a BLT baguette both with fruit juice. Lovely service, the food came out (we sat outside) quickly and hot and exactly as ordered.

Had a great full English breakfast here whilst passing through Maidstone. The options are as you'd expect from this type of cafe, but the quality of the ingredients was good, well cooked, and the staff were friendly.

The Moonlight Cafe is in Bank Street, Maidstone. A long pathway following a Row of Shops on either Side. It is about 3/4 quarters of the way down on the left hand side before the Canon Monument. They have Indoor Seating and Outdoor Seating. The Staff are very Helpful and Friendly, they will assist one with all of the Customers needs. There are Menus that One can Order a variation of Breakfasts, Burger combination meals and more. Their Prices are very Competitive. They also serve Different types of Coffee, like Cappuccino, etc... When One Sits Outside, One gets the Feeling that the Experience is Welcoming as people walk up and down bank Street. I highly Recommend The Moonlight Cafe.

Hi there I don't know where to start here, me and my 6 employee's have just started a big job on Maidstone Road in Maidstone and we have been seeking a good cafe to use on a regular basis, we came in to moonlight cafe today to be greeted by a very unhappy polish lady and we were asked if could all stamp of our boots as she had apparently just cleaned the floor, very strange request but we did it anyway, we have seen reviews on this place mentioning the portions but there were more good than bad so we decided to give it a try and the only thing we can say is its a really bad vibe inside that cafe the chef seems extreamly unhappy and didn't take any notice in our orders and brought 5 out of 6 of our orders wrong no exaggeration but there was 6 to 7 chips on each plate when approached they lady got extreamly defensive and told us all to leave after demanding payment, on behalf of Webster griffin ltd we will not be using this cafe again and will be contacting trading standards to hand over videos that were taken demonstrating there awful behaviour

Awful experience at this cafe, the portion sizes were tiny and probably just about suitable for a child, the food itself was not enjoyable for what they charge and when these issues were raised to the staff here, they were rude to us and very unprofessional. If I could, I would rate -2.

Been coming here for best part of 10 years, it used to be a really good friendly place but now it’s gone downhill since the old boss sold the business. I went in today again and gave the lady who was serving, the breakfast loyalty card upon payment and she rejected it even though I had multiple of them and all of them had the company’s logo stamped on them. I did not appreciate her practically telling me that it’s fake when those are the ones that they have given me for years. Treating me like I’m a beggar coming in with fake cards to get a free breakfast 🤣. At the end of the day it’s not about the free breakfast it’s about the principal. I’m not homeless nor am I in need of a free breakfast. The last couple years the Food quality hasn’t really been up there and for nearly £8 a breakfast it should be better in my opinion. Won’t be coming here anymore. All the best of luck in the future.

Disappointed as we had to repeat our order 4 times, we ordered one egg cheese burger with chips, and a cheese burger on it's own. We then had to say it again 2 mins later and then a lady came to Check our order again. The food was nice but we didn't realise until we got home we had been charged for both dishes with chips. It seemed the you g man serving had a very poor understanding .
