Be very wary of the parking limit as although you can park free for upto 3 hours this stops at 8:00pm even though the shops are open until 9:00pm. I arrived at 8:00pm and didn't read the sign thoroughly and ended up with a £60 fine. I was not happy and think this is a trick to catch people out. Basically you can't shop until the shops shut without moving your car out of the car park, where is the sense in that??

Good quality but reasonably priced clothes can be found here. Also there are many Christmas presents available

I've used TK Maxx for over 10 years and I find this to be one of their better stores. Mens section large but obviously no way near the ladies section. Massive home section upstairs. I always come out with something I like. Clean store and I generally shop afternoons. Loads of parking nearby with Wickes/LIDL car park as well close by. Never had a bad experience here in Maidstone TK Maxx.

Positives: Good selection of home ware items like stainless steel pan cheaper than dunelm we compared… Negatives : 3 stars because staff standing around behind tills chatting while queue is long and bulging up.. not a good experience especially when you come with children and they make you wait this long unacceptable from tk max maidstone

I'm used to be generally puzzled in a Tea Cake Macks. Then one day I realised it's just a big old jumble sale. The clothes aren't old and worn out of course but apart from these obvious drawbacks it's the same feel- you never know what you might find...

The shop is clean, well stocked and there are bargains to be had if you look for them. Pretty crowded when I was last there but waiting times at check out were not overly long.

20 years ago it was great, the products for your home or even the choice of clothes. Now, like everywhere the quality has gone

You should put a time limit on how long a female can stay in this shop. My heart sinks every time I'm asked, " can we just pop into TK Maxx? " What seems like at least 3 lifetimes later out she comes to find me still sitting in the car after I looked around the entire shop in 15 minutes.

I got a really nice handbag in there the last time I went and a pair of sandals the visit before but this time I didn't see anything that I liked

On the whole I like this shop; enjoy a look around and buy some worthwhile items at a good price. Staff at the checkout tills are usually very pleasant and friendly. Having visited a number of TK Maxx stores, unfortunately this one does not sell the best quality items.

I don't ever bother looking at the clothes section because I don't have the patience for rummaging the racks so only ever pay attention to the homeware located upstairs. The quality of the products are definitely improving however it still has a junk store vibe about it, with random things haphazardly placed on shelves. I hope they intend to put some effort into the presentation of the product layout, then it would be a much better store.

We was trying to redeem a gift card from America we phoned customer service which approved it, but at the checkout it wouldn’t take it to staff. Lily and Chris was so helpful head office was a disgrace. We was in the shop for over an hour trying to do this card which in the end, Chris and Lily sorted out. for us very helpful they was then they come and found us and said you only have 30 minutes but we will let the parking people know it wasn’t your fault so I’m hoping I don’t get a ticket through the post

Huge home selection upstairs and a good selection of both men's and women's clothing on the ground floor. Not a lot of athleisure weirdly though.

Another successful visit to one of my local stores to see what's new for Christmas and what I'm thinking of updating in my home. I'm aiming to get a ew Christmas item before it's gone!

Great store with lots of choice. There is something for everyone ranging in price from low to high. They have lots of lovely children's clothes and lots of amazing jewellery! Great Great Great shopping!

Nice spacious shop , didn't have what I really wanted , but a good selection of Christmas bits. Only down side is the parking, very narrow spaces and not enough for a busy Saturday and the amount of shops on site .

We got some amazing bargains particularly designer clothes marked down. This store was particularly busy for a Sunday afternoon as was the carpark too. Not my store to visit but my partner wanted to go.

Its a large store with the usual great selection of variety from clothing to home all at good prices. The staff there always seem friendly and there's free parking. The only negative (which isn't their fault) is getting out of the car park at busy times.
