My wife was there a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, in practice it all took forever. Now a ticket from “fair parking” (which should actually be called “fair-a*schen”) for EUR 30 has landed in the house, as you are only allowed to park for 1 hour in the parking spaces in front of the medical center. What's that supposed to mean!? I would like to know who earns everything from it.

I got an appointment with Dr Barow within four days and was pleasantly surprised. I waited a maximum of a minute and was then greeted by the pleasant and friendly doctor. She took a lot of time with me and examined me thoroughly. My dizziness was due to the diagnosis I had already made up and she gave me some exercises to do. I can highly recommend the lady and hope she stays true to her style. The nurses were also friendly and the practice is very nice. Parking situation is also great. I'm happy to take the 30 minute drive.

I've been a patient for half a year, I drive an extra 15km one way and it's worth it in every way! Great doctors, great practice team! Keep it up :)

Poorly organized telephone service. When you get a call, you are put on hold (without music or announcements) and then sit for 5 minutes until someone answers. Then I wanted to cancel an appointment and unfortunately the lady couldn't find an entry under my name. Good thing I didn't go!!!

Very accommodating practice, I got an appointment at short notice due to an emergency. The woman Dr. was really very friendly and treated me well and gave me advice. I had to come to the practice more often and the waiting time was perfectly fine. Many thanks for your help :)

I have an appointment at short notice for a tinnitus treatment with Dr. Böhlau received. Examinations with discussions and explanations were top notch, the doctor was very friendly. The assistants are also all super friendly and always ready to give an explanation, even though they always have a lot to do. I felt treated very well and looked after here. It was a stroke of luck to end up here in this practice

The first and last time I was there. The doctor treated me like I was the last thing after I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours. I didn't have to listen to any warnings about pain or "don't act like that" after I needed a break after the treatment because I almost fainted from dizziness. I have never experienced such disrespect in a practice. Update 1am. I'm now going to the emergency clinic because the nice Mr. Dr. Gückel damaged both of my eardrums during the treatment. My ears have been watering for 10 hours straight. Thank you very much, great doctor 👍🏻

I was able to come at short notice and didn't have to wait long even without an appointment. The doctor was very friendly and kept me informed about what she was doing during the treatment. I was very pleased.

Not really suitable for small children because of the long waiting time and the doctor wasn't very friendly with the child, didn't explain anything, etc. No activities for children in the waiting room. Great for emergencies because you can usually come in on the same day, I could hear that in the waiting room. I won't go there again. Twice we had to wait for over an hour and a half, the waiting room was more than full, and then sat on the floor.

A pure disaster! From registration to the end. Nothing was explained to me in the practice, I always had to ask what was coming next/when/how often I had to come and everyone seemed very annoyed!!!!! The tone of the ladies wasn't always friendly... the waiting time was almost an hour just for a recipe. The waiting time for a 2 minute treatment was also almost 2 hours. Now I have changed!
