Tried calling the practice, as I don't speak english, I asked the receptionist if she did. She hung up the phone on my face. Very rude! I tried calling again twice but then she didn't pick up.

I was at the clinic today for the second time and have met two different doctors so far. They are both very kind and offered to communicate in English during the appointment.

After seeing Dr. today Hestermann, I have now changed my mind. The reception at registration was very friendly and competent. I was called quickly. A lot has changed. We had a short and nice, insightful conversation.

This group of doctors are simply - very good, fast and easily accessible doctors!!!

Nicht zu empfehlen. Lange Wartezeiten trotz Termin. Ans Telefon geht keiner- dann kommt man in die Praxis u am Empfang sitzen 3 Damen u trinken gemütlich Kaffee. Man wird immer von einem anderen Arzt betreut, teilweise sehr junge Ärzte ohne Erfahrung.

I visit regularly the clinic and they are amazing. The entire staff is great! Good to know that I’m abroad and I can be understood in English while I’m learning German.

I went to the practice twice because of a severe sore throat (severe redness, increased temperature and swollen lymph nodes). The first time I was put off with a COVID test and wasn't even examined (look at the throat, listen to it, take my temperature, etc.). The second time and a negative Covid test, I was told to get lozenges from the pharmacy. Only after 6 weeks of severe sore throat did I get an antibiotic from another family doctor. This practice is definitely not recommended.

Today I was very spontaneously accepted as an emergency patient without an appointment. The receptionists and doctors are extremely competent and sensitive. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
