I’m
coming
up
on
my
one
year
mark
of
living
here
so
I’d
like
to
answer
some
of
the
questions
that
I
had
when
moving
in
that
I
didn’t
have
answers
to.
I’ll
section
them
and
try
to
keep
it
brief.
Noise-
I’ve
lived
in
apartments
for
almost
10
years
now,
and
these
are
easily
the
quietest
apartments
that
I
have
ever
lived
in.
I
don’t
even
mean
that
the
neighbors
are
quite,
but
the
apartments
have
been
designed
in
a
way
that
supply
ample
noise
canceling.
I
don’t
ever
hear
my
neighbors
unless
they
slam
their
front
door.
Insulation-
I
live
on
the
top
floor
and
half
of
my
apartment
faces
West
and
the
other
half
faces
East.
During
the
summer
I
can
leave
my
AC
off
all
day
long
while
I
am
at
work
and
when
I
come
home
the
apartment
might
get
up
to
76
degrees.
I
think
that
the
insulation
is
so
good
here
because
your
front
door
opens
into
an
indoor
hallway.
The
living
room
has
a
ceiling
fan
and
so
does
the
bedroom.
Storage-
There
is
a
lot
of
storage.
In
the
kitchen
there
is
a
pantry,
cabinets
everywhere,
a
lazy
Susan
cabinet,
cabinets
underneath
the
sink.
There
is
storage
in
the
hallway,
there
is
storage
above
the
washer
and
dryer,
there
is
a
storage
shed
on
the
balcony.
Internet-
I
was
worried
about
the
internet
situation
as
you
must
use
their
provider,
but
it
has
been
a
lot
better
than
Cox
in
my
experience.
And
they
recently
doubled
their
speed
without
increasing
the
bill.
My
speeds
are
always
sitting
around
90
mbps
–
100
mbps.
The
ethernet
plug
in
is
in
the
bedroom,
but
you
are
easily
able
to
route
it
to
the
living
room
by
plugging
it
into
itself
in
the
bedroom.
Appliances-
The
appliances
are
okay.
The
dishwasher
is
a
bit
small
but
works
fine.
The
stove
is
basic
with
no
digital
timer
or
actual
display
but
I
haven’t
had
any
issues
with
it
I
just
ended
up
buying
an
interior
thermometer
for
it.
The
washer
and
dryer
on
the
other
hand
are
great.
My
last
apartment
had
a
shared
laundromat,
and
I
will
never
go
back.
Copper
Creek
also
pays
the
water
bill.
Non
smoking-
These
are
all
non
smoking
buildings
and
primarily
the
reason
that
I
chose
these
apartments.
Why
in
2023
it
is
still
allowed
to
smoke
cigarettes
in
close
living
situations
is
beyond
me.
Copper
Creek
acknowledges
3rd
hand
smoke
and
thankfully
enforces
this
rule
with
both
cigarettes
and
marijuana.
Gym-
The
gym
is
always
well
maintained
and
from
what
I
remember
they
don’t
charge
anything
extra
to
use
it.
There
are
three
treadmills
that
work
great,
free
weight
dumbbells,
a
smith
machine,
and
a
few
ellipticals.
It
is
very
clean
and
there
are
two
bathrooms
inside
which
is
a
huge
plus.
Pets-
Copper
Creek
is
pet
friendly.
My
last
apartment
charged
$35
a
month
per
pet
in
pet
rent,
while
copper
creek
only
charges
$25
a
month
per
apartment
rather
than
pet.
The
doors
automatically
swing
shut
so
you
don’t
have
to
worry
about
your
pet
getting
out.
Maintenance-
Anytime
that
I
have
requested
maintenance
they
have
been
out
to
fix
whatever
I
have
needed
fixed
within
the
day.
Front
office-
I
have
mainly
talked
to
Taylor
and
she
is
always
very
friendly
and
helpful.
She
answers
all
my
many
many
questions
in
a
timely
manner
and
I
never
feel
like
I
am
bothering
her.
Management-
Chris
is
the
manager
here
and
I
have
had
only
good
experiences
with
him.
I
often
see
him
working
outside
with
the
rest
of
his
team
or
even
responding
to
my
emails.
There
are
rules
here
like
non
smoking,
picking
up
after
your
pet,
and
not
parking
too
far
onto
the
curb
that
are
thankfully
enforced.
I’ve
lived
at
other
apartments
that
don’t
enforce
these
rules
and
it
quickly
becomes
a
problem.
Safety-
Maize
in
my
opinion
is
the
safest
city
to
live
in
the
Wichita
metropolitan
area.
This
apartment
complex
comes
with
Amazon
lockers
that
can
be
used
by
any
delivery
service,
so
you
don’t
have
to
worry
about
package
theft.
Honestly
though
since
your
door
is
inside
of
a
hallway
you
shouldn’t
ever
have
to
worry
about
that.
Rent
increase-
My
rent
only
increased
by
about
6%
which
I
think
is
fair.
It
keeps
my
rent
under
what
is
being
charged
to
new
residents
by
about
$122.
I
signed
on
for
2
more
years.
