Worst experience we ever had. Poor lady in tailoring section. She just took measurements but didn’t do anything in our outfits. I would suggest some better place with good customer service.

Popular shop of Chikhli. Their board says No mask No entry, but 4 out of 5 staff is without mask and no hand sanitizer available. Sitting areas are dirty and with tea-coffee stains. Collection is good but seems expensive. They have dedicated parking for visitors.

Best collection for all occasions. I went for my wedding shopping. Staff is polite. One stop solution for wedding shopping. Must visit !

The lady took our measurements but didn't even tailor the chanya cholis skirt to our size. Plus, it took them 2 weeks to "prepare" our stuff. The skirts don't even have ladkans on the side. We also bought sarees and for 1 saree, they gave us the wrong blouse! It doesn't even match! Worst store, so messy and they toss the dresses on the dirty floor. If you don't live in Chikhli, don't bother going there to shop because it's not worth it.

Genuine and fixed price shop for sarees, lehanga and other items. Family visit for marriage purpose shopping. As the price is fixed so no worries only focus on choices and quality.

Worst place ever to shop for your special occasion. Very poor after sale service. Bought expensive clothes and gave for alterations which was not done properly. Had to spend more money to get proper fitting done. They are good only till the time you make payment and leave the shop. Think again even before considering to shop here. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I am forcefully giving 1 star as otherwise I will not be able to post my comment.

Super place for wedding and event collection shopping

I gave it a 5 stars because of the service and cooperation of staff towards every customer. Each & every member of staff is very friendly. They tried their best to know our test in apparel and then shown us sarees, chaniya choli & all. Over all it was a very joyful experience to shop with Nanak Silk Palace.

Very Very good shop at Chikhali for the purchase of sarees,Kurtis,dress materials,dresses,tea shirts,jersey material,excellent collection at very reasonable prices ,owner and sales persons are very good to help for selection of good quality dresses at cheaper prices.Readymade all the items available now more shops are there in Chikhli.

Good place but staff and manager's behavior is worst dont go here they will show you only 3-4 items and insisted to buys from them and talking with arrogance

Worst experience we had when we were there to exchange the products at nanak silk museum store Rude staff behaviour in the chaniya choli section and was showing all the old products n not the new ones.. I would suggest some better place with good customer service.

Beautiful sarees collection.......

We used to shop clothes from Nanak since childhood. Their clothes and quality are really nice. This is one of the great shop in town. But from last two or three visit I really disappointed from behaviour of their staff. Usually when we buy clothes they take clothes for alterations if it is loose or for finishing of clothes and after alteration it fits really well. But when I visited yesterday, firstly tailor said No for alteration as wedding season is running. After we requested to the owner of shop tailor keep dress for alteration but when I got my dress it doesn't fit me well. There is no proper stitching done. And dress still loose by sides and armholes. So it is okk to buy clothes from this shop but never give for alteration here. It is better to do alteration at local shop or your regular personal tailor.

Work sarees and lehengas are good here, sarees appeared little pricey but lehengas were reasonable. Collection was trendy

Wrost service. After you finish shopping with them they don't treat you well.they don't pick up your call ,they dont give you proper answer they don't fix clothes on time with perfect fitting.

Nanak silk museum near Haveli Chikhali a big shop (without lift) is only sign to mention coz there are 2 shops with the same name so.. It is a shop with good collection of kurtis, much choice to select with a reasonable rates and staff is good to show enough varities. We tired to see but they don't. Really good place for shopping .
