Was
patient
to
this
place
until
2022
but
am
giving
the
review
just
now
as
the
first
review
hadn't
gone
in.
I
had
several
bad
experiences
with
this
place
but
I
am
writing
down
the
worst
2.
I
didn't
need
much
health
care
until
I
had
some
serious
health
problems
and
realised
how
bad
this
place
was.
I
needed
a
pic
line
clean
up
(
a
pic
line
is
catheter
that
goes
to
your
heart).
And
the
nurse
said
she
knows
how
to
do
it
and
booked
a
time.
I
went
there
and
the
nurse
had
no
idea
how
to
do
it,
she
was
feeling
so
sweaty
that
she
had
to
remove
her
gloves
and
tried
to
fix
my
catheter
with
bare
hands
and
dirty
long
nails
risking
me
a
systemic
heart
infection.
If
you
are
looking
for
a
“near
death
experience”
this
is
the
place
to
go.
Where
to
start
1.
After
unsuccessfully
tried
for
30
min
she
asked
for
help
to
2
other
nurses
so
the
all
gathered
with
me
in
a
very
small
room.
And
the
3
of
them
spoke
a
foreign
language
to
each
other,
not
Swedish
or
English
which
I
both
speak.
Hiding
information
with
each
other
in
front
of
a
patient
about
the
patient
which
should
be
absolutely
illegal.
One
of
the
nurses
called
to
help
was
the
head
nurse
which
was
also
very
incompetent
and
did
not
know
how
to
fix
the
catheter
and
said
she
has
to
leave
to
a
meeting
while
I
was
laying
in
the
bed
there
since
1
h.
This
is
a
job
which
nurses
are
suppose
to
do
in
5
min
(that's
how
long
it
takes
in
other
places)
as
it
is
a
very
simple
thing
IF
YOU
KNOW
HOW
TO
DO
IT
and
I
layed
down
there
1
h
in
terror.
It
was
a
total
nightmare.
They
say
they
know
how
to
do
something
but
they
don’t,
totally
incompetent.
They
had
me
come
for
cleaning
a
PicLine
and
worked
on
my
open
wound
without
gloves
with
long
and
dirty
nails
risking
my
life.
In
addition
to
the
Nurse
taking
long
time
to
do
this
she
finally
did
it
but
did
it
wrong,
and
put
the
picc
like
holder
back
very
badly
causing
me
heart
palpitations.
That
day
I
ended
up
in
the
emergency
and
a
Sahlgrenska
experienced
nurse
fixed
the
catheter
again.
This
people
do
not
understand
what
sort
of
health
risk
they
put
patients.
Apart
the
fact
that
is
totally
unacceptable
to
have
such
a
big
vårdcentral
(that
looks
almost
like
a
hospital)
run
by
an
incompetent
nurse,
if
a
nurse
at
all.
Absurd
that
this
happens
in
Sweden.
2.
The
bad
experiences
to
this
vårdcentral
does
not
end
here.
Previously
I
had
a
drug
prescribed
by
a
doctor
there
after
a
blood
test.
And
later
on
another
doctor
from
the
same
vårdcentral
called
and
said
that
his
colleague
did
a
mistake
and
that
the
routine
is
to
repeat
the
blood
test
before
giving
that
medicine.
It
was
a
medicine
that
you
are
suppose
to
take
the
whole
life.
How
can
a
doctor
prescribe
you
a
life-time
medicine
without
following
the
guidelines
?
What
kind
of
doctors
does
this
vårdcentral
have
?
After
these
2
episodes,
I
decided
to
call
the
vårdcentral
and
complain
-
I
gave
them
a
chance
before
quitting
being
a
patient
there.
When
I
confronted
the
nurse
running
the
vårdcentralen
she
pretendent
on
the
phone
she
didn’t
understand
what
the
issue
was
and
even
got
offended
and
mad
with
me.
Of
course
you
pretend
you
don't
understand
when
you
do
such
big
mistakes.
In
addition
she
gave
no
official
information
to
where
file
an
official
complain,
she
just
gaslighted
me
and
pretended
nothing
had
been
an
issue.
THEY
JUST
PLAY
WITH
YOUR
LIFE.
PLEASE
CHANGE
THE
ADMINISTRAITON
AND
INCOMPETEND
PEOPLE
OF
THIS
PLACE
AND
THE
AREA
NEEDS
PROPER
VÅRDCENTRALS.
