I visited this place in March of 2023 Nice and space mall to hangout with family and kids for cinema experience here you get pvr cinema they have 4dx movies experience, also have blanket hall, shopping, food and game points for time pass. Kids have few rides and play areas to enjoy. Most of Restrooms are not that clean. Parking is available in front of the mall. And for cars they have an underground parking area. Good place to chill and enjoy.

Good and big mall. Almost shops, especially for middle class people related shops with affordable price. PVR theatre experience is very good. Parking is chargeble.

It’s a very good palace in Surat for Street food. Next to MALL. There is a lot of street food available.

Too old now need some maintenance & provide free parking area

The mall is pretty old mall in Surat. There are a number of shops and one could find a lot of shops with affordable prices. There are small eateries, ice cream shops which sells ice creams at just RS. 10. The mall is also spacious and has a number of places to sit and relax. One thing the mall lacks is maintaince. The rest rooms were pathetic. Because of the new malls nearby and poor maintainance the mall doesn't have much crowd. Parking charges is Rs.30 irrespective of the amount of time.

I enjoyed lot over here Today on 75th Independence Day people are celebrating with band (shopkeepers and mall management team) to attract crowd. In mostly all shops having discounts and schemes to attract customers.

Their is the kids play zone and toy train and also remote controller car their your child is enjoy alot ...shopping is not much good bcoZ they are showing the 50%off but the product doesnt showing valuable as the half price

There multiple branded show rooms and you can spend time easily. You can also find affordable clothing in some of the stores. Children can play few games here, so you can visit the place along with children. On the top floor they have an entertainment section, you can watch movies too.

One of the biggest mall in Surat but right now in very dirty situation. Only lifestyle, max and couple of few branded store in the mall apart from that all worst kind shops in this mall. Absolutely no maintenance, no cleanliness and hygiene maintain. Mall has basement parking but it is made paid. SMC also charge on roadside footpath level parking. Lot of road side food vendors near to the mall. If you really want to buy some good stuff than don't even visit this mall. It just time waste.

The mall seems famous as I heard alot about mall, instead there are several other malls at same location and even more bigger than this one, the mall has snow park, adventure and horror and other more much activities
