One of the worst experience ever. The staff at the hospital are extremely unhelpful, they continue to play games on their cellphones and did not pay any attention to patients . The patient summary was provided with wrong patient’s summary. They kept patient waiting in the wait room for whole day for just for proscription medicine . My observation is that they wanted to claim an admission fee for cancer patient by keeping them waiting till 5 pm so they can claim a day admission charge under Ayusman scheme. No simpathy or empathy shown to people who had to wait whole day just to get medicines.

My father was hospitalized here for his angioplasty treatment. The treatment was done very nicely and the best part is that the staff here is very friendly and jolly. They will make sure that they lift your mood always and will give their best to make your experience seamless at sunshine. I was at ease all the time. Very big hospital. Visited here for covidshield vaccine. Reached as per alloted time but as usual systems are not clear. Made to wait more than 3 hours. Rush on counter. Difficult to understand process used. Anyway has to wait as need to complete the task.

Sunshine Global hospital, one of the well known hospital in Surat. I got my knees replaced, yes both knees replaced. Good care was taken, before and after the operation. The stay at the hospital was homely. Good doctors, nurses and helping staff. The first time I met Sir, Dr. Kaushik Patel , I decided to get myself operated. My sons were surprised, as I was never for it. I am happy and satisfied I think this says it all.

Dr.Krunal Gajjar was absolutely professional and awesome 👍The room housekeeping was below par and the in-house canteen needs to be pulled up.Major issue is that there is only one slow lift catering to so many floors ... pathetic!Top of it all , nurses are less per floor.

My mother was admitted to hospital due to severe pain in back and leg. I had such an amazing experience with the hospital, the hospital staff was so kind and caring. They took good care of my mother. I totally recommend this hospital. I would like to specially appreciate TPA (insurance) department, i never had such a seamless experience with an insurance department. Special mention for Prabir jana from the TPA department was extremely helpful, he made sure to submit all the documents in a timely manner. He made the complete process so seamless for us. We are happy with the services and support provided by him.

The premises is clean. The excellent work of experienced doctors and all other staff is appreciated. First step administration counter, staff of administration is cooperative and polite. Pharmacy department staff are also good at all. Relatives lounge is also clean and provides good facilities for staying in hospital for relatives also. Maintain good hygiene in order to prevent Nosocromial infections, "prevention is better than cure" is justify here. Especially Dr. Anuj cleark Sir whom under my patient is admitted i have very grate experience, excellent work for my patient has been done. No management. For health check up waiting time is 2hrs for echo and another 1-2 hrs for TMT. Just they take more patient to mint money. Staff is not cooperative and have worst experience.

The Hospital's Doctors, Staff and the services are Great. However, one point of contention is the hospital's policy that the patient needs to mandatorily buy the medicines and other related items from the Hospital's own Pharmacy itself and is not allowed to buy from outside and add to this to the fact that no discount is provided in the hospital's pharmacy and everything is being sold at MRP. This needs to change. When an item is available at small local medical shops at a minimum discount of 20%, then a mega hospital like this which buys in bulk quantities can definitely provide medicines at competitive discounts.
