    クリスマスイブにピザお持ち帰りを予約したつもりでしたが間違えて前日受取の予約をしてしまった。 お店から連絡を頂き、非常に丁寧な説明とキャンセルの旨を伝えられました。 繁忙期にあっても、とても気持ちの良い対応をされました。 毎年クリスマスイブはドミノピザを頼んでいましたが、これからも変えることなくお付き合いさせて下さい。 本当にご迷惑おかけしました。 スタッフのみなさん繁忙期、頑張って下さい。

    Terrible customer service. Doesn't explain as to why they ask your phone no. (??) Talk about intrusion of privacy. Never again. Not recommended.

    いつもほかのピザ屋さんで注文していましたがたまには違うところでと思ってこちらで注文しました。生地がペラペラだし焦げてるし、具材も全然載ってなくて、切り方もバラバラでところどころ切れていないし。。半額クーポン使ってL2枚頼みましたがこれで4000円はありえないと思いました。 クーポンなしならこれで1枚4000円とかぼったくり。 配達員さんはいい方でしたが、もう買いません。

    Ordered online for in store pickup. Half off to pick up. Made a mistaken an order , called in and the staff was very helpful to fix the pizza. Simple and fast service.
